First travel to Uk
We had a table booked for 3pm decided on the champagne tea,we gave our order to a waiter the champagne was served so was the sandwiches ,but after an hour still no tea,we asked twice could we have our tea please ,when finally we got it ,it wasn't hot, such a shame, been to several afternoon teas over the last few years, this was not one of the best
My only reservation is that the Chocolate based deserts were too heavy
I would never recommend this place.
The ambiance is the only good thing
Afternoon tea was decent but not worth the money spent!
It’s quite embarrassing
I took my parents there and at the end of the afternoon tea they asked for a coffee with the pastries.
They basically denied us that and asked us to get our check and leave because we spent more than 1 hour and 45 minutes!
I would not mind if they have told us from the start about the maximum allowed time, but not as sudden and as rude as this.
Great time out..service and food was outstanding..Great ambience as well..would be definitely going back
I’ve always wanted to go for afternoon tea at the Savoy and it didn’t disappoint! The food was amazing & there is a lot of attention to detail. The staff are extremely attentive & I came away feeling really well looked after. They even played happy birthday to me on the piano as well as bringing out a card and some cake which was a lovely touch
Our forth visit to Savoy for afternoon tea. Celebrating my 60 th and my mother-in-law's 80th birthdays this time. Cocktails in the American bar superb. Lovely surroundings and very attentive waiters. Then the tea! Excellent as normal and a rendition of happy birthday by the pianist and a cake with a candle and a card just made the afternoon so special for my mother-in-law. Have tried a few London afternoon teas, but Savoy far exceed the others. Service is second to none. Tea is delicious.
Charming, thoughtful, attentive staff. Excellent food. Wonderful time.
My daughter and I had an amazing experience!! Tradition, amazing food, great service, beautiful ambiance... in one word Perfect! ❤️
Excelente experiencia de la hora del té en Reino Unido, todo perfecto
Fantastic service from all the staff. Very attentive. Food and drinks were refilled efficiently and delivered to an impeccable standard.
What an amazing day!
Excellent from end to end, not cheap but it it not the sort of location you would expect to be cheap.
Great for a special occasion.
My friend and I had High Tea at The Savoy to celebrate her birthday. We had a fantastic time and the food was outstanding. The staff were excellent and were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. A great experience and one that we will definitely repeat.
Absolutely delightful! Gorgeous room, delicious food. Worth every penny for a 5 Star High Tea experience. Excellent service as well.
What a treat, my best friend and I booked afternoon tea at The Savoy to celebrate our repective 60th birthdays. The service was impeccable. The afternoon tea was absolutely delicious and topped by the arrival of 'birthday cake and candles' whilst being serenaded by 'Happy Birthday' on the piano. A diamond moment - thank so much for making this such a memorable afternoon.
Even though I booked two months ago we were at a table added on a passage area, it was in a big draft and we were very cold. The food was very average . The cakes were not up to the announced standard and in fact not very good. Only the deco was worth it. It was overpriced in every way. The Waldorf is a lot cheaper but a lot better too. Very disappointing. You can tell they use it as a money making factory type event.
Afternoon Tea at The Savoy never disappoints!!!
A lovely atmosphere: beautiful room, terrific pianist, great service and unforgettable food....you can’t miss this treat!
Afternoon tea as part of silver wedding anniversary.Quality of food and service from all staff was exceptional,as would be expected from this establishment.A little pricey, but offset by the surprise of an anniversary gift.Would recommend as a treat for any special occasion or that special date.
Very nice experience. We dressed very nice for this occasion and only problem was there were some tables that had shorts and jeans on. We thought there was a dress code.
We had an incredible experience! Loved every minute! Delicious food and beautiful atmosphere! Will recommend afternoon tea to anyone visiting London!
Such a lovely experience of tea at The Savoy. Ambience, food, selection of teas and service were all on point. Truly memorable and would recommend a visit
What a lovely place to have afternoon tea. The service was just incredible, and the food to match.
They celebrated my fiancées birthday perfectly
Just beautiful! Fabulous food endless tea and a magnificent pianist for the perfect atmosphere - the best of the best
Second visit and even better than the first time. Amazing, fabulous, brilliant. Joint 80th birthday celebration for my parents and they could not have made it more special for us.
Overall it wad great cuisine and service! One sad thing wad we had less than 2 hrs and were not informed that ib advance.
Fantastic afternoon tea with very attentive service
Will be returning!
Afternoon tea - treat for my daughter's 18th birthday.
Lovely environment - very special and bright but relaxing. The pianist was excellent and live music far better than the jazz played afterwards. Welcome was a little slow and servce not as attentive as I would have expectedhere. The sandwiches were delightful and we were able to have more as needed. The cakes / pastries were unusual flavours and all looked beautiful when presented to the table.
Would recommend for a special occasion but they need to ensure the staff are more attentive for each table not just a few.
Friendly and efficient service. The sandwiches could have been better presented and include some choice. Although I had clearly indicated in my booking it was our Golden Wedding, no notice of this had been taken; and, although at the end of the tea we received 1 cake on a plate with a card, it was somewhat underwhelming.
Very lovely experience at the afternoon tea at the Savoy for my husbands birthday. Warmly recommend the lovely tea and delicacies combined with luxurious atmosphere.
The Afternoon Tea at the Savoy will always be my favorite in London.
A perfect place for afternoon tea.
Afternoon Tea at The Savoy was something my wife and I will remember the rest of our life’s. The staff was amazing and took extra great care of us for our special occasion. The food and ambiance was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Well worth the price tag.
Lovey afternoon tea, amazing experience, very nice service.

Amazing afternoon tea.. highly recommend. definitely would come back again!!
It was a delicious afternoon tea - wide selection of tasty sandwiches. The scones were simply delicious and the cakes were good too. The atmosphere was lovely, and the piano music was perfect too.
What a beautiful place! The service was first class and more friendly than I expected. We went for the traditional tea and everything was delicious.
