Great restaurant for special occasions. Set up of rooms make for nice private dining. This was a repeat visit and we have always had great service and food.
Lisa our server was Very helpful in accommodating one of our party who had some food allergies and needed some food prepared a certain way. The food, as we have come to know it, is consistently good.
We have been there multiple times and always had excellent service until friday night. our waiter colin or collins was terrible. no personality and apparently two ladies came in who must be something with the community as this waiter and two others made conversation with them. He kept asking them if they needed anything. We are paying customers as well and everyone should be treated the same. its a higher class place and for the money we are paying for our food we should have had more respect. our waiter we had to tell him we were ready to order. he never came to ask how our dinner was and never asked if we wanted dessert or anything else. he should not be working there. He was rude to my friend as he said something and she asked him to repeat himself as she didnt know if he was talking to us and he rudely told her he was talking to the ladies behind us. they totally got his attention and he was the worse waiter we ever had. we never had anyone so rude as him. The food was good as always but not sure we want to go back with how disrespectful and rude he was. afraid of getting him as a waiter again. also a tip is for exceptional service. He got squat because he was not worthy
he needs people skills. i would only recommend The Standard due to the exceptional waiters and waitresses in the past times and the food is fantastic. Since we had an awful experience. if this was my first time i wouldnt go back. Since ive been before I will try one more time but we shall see
Server was not really attentive, I got the seafood salad, wasn’t the greatest, not enough dressing and hardly any cheese. Had to ask for more. My son got kids filet and asked server for it to be a little pink, came back overdone, my husband got bang bang shrimp and was underwhelmed. Just not impressed with whole experience.
Excellent food, service was outstanding despite visiting on an extremely busy Saturday evening. A solid four star dining experience.
Excellent, fresh food, well-prepared, but a bit pricey.
Loved the character of the restaurant. It was a little to cold, so make sure you have a sweater or wrap. The portion size is enough for 2 to share. The server Olivia was really nice and attentive, 😳well as much as she could on Valentine's night. Drinks were made with real alcohol 👍🏾. Wished there was more booth seating for privacy. 6Overall go, and you won't be disappointed.

Valentine’s Day dinner but overall a wonderful experience. Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly and food was amazing. Can’t wait to go again!
Food was very good. Two filet mignons cooked perfectly. Service was a little slow, but there was a party seated next to us (three people), and the servers kept on top of us with drinks and apologies. They comped us the sodas we ordered. The servers were absolutely wonderful.
I brought my girlfriend the other night for her birthday dinner. Our overall experience here was easily a 10/10. The Hollywood Theme interior is beautiful and the Staff Members were extremely professional. Our waitress, Destiny, was quick and made sure our food/drinks were at our table as soon as possible. For dessert, she recommended the Hot Doughnuts with Ice Cream and Banana Foster which turned out to be the best dessert we’ve ever had at a restaurant. For our meal, I had the Parm Crusted Chicken and she ordered the Blue Cheese Crusted Filet Mignon. Both dishes were spectacular! We would absolutely recommend The Standard to friends and we will definitely be coming back soon!

The restaurant was fairly empty. Waited about 15 min for the waitress to get my drink order. 30 min for a salad. No refill on my drink was offered. I have been here many times and this is not typical

Normally, we enjoy dining at The Standard very much. We have eaten there on numerous occasions, pretty much ever since they opened. They normally have good food and a reasonably priced wine list.
However, our most recent dinner there definitely rated 'mixed reviews'. They were completely out of our favorite appetizer (on a weekday, not a holiday or weekend, and early in the evening). So we didn't get an appetizer - OK, we could live with that, although disappointed.
I had the barbecue spare ribs -- they are always falling-off-the-bone tender, although the barbecue sauce they use is rather pedestrian. This was accompanied by a huge portion of sweet potato fries, and a couple of tiny metal cups of cole slaw (processed to a textureless mush) and a mystery liquid which I guess was their idea of apple sauce. So, OK to that also, since I was primarily interested in the ribs.
My husband ordered the peppercorn filet mignon, medium rare. What he got was a medium-edging-up- to-medium-well done steak, placed on a crouton floating in a puddle of gravy, and with a slightly charred piece of toast balanced on top. And not a peppercorn in sight. The waitress took it back to the kitchen, where they apparently just tossed a handful of cracked pepper on top, and that was supposed to fix the problem. So his steak was a major disappointment. Dry, overdone, and poorly prepared.
Finally, when we got our check, the price for the steak was overpriced $2 above what was on the printed menu (I checked, at the reception desk, on the way out). We didn't make an issue of it, and tipped our waitress properly on the bill as presented, but we will be somewhat less inclined to dine there regularly any more.
I wish I could be more positive about our experience, since they have been good on most previous visits.
The scallop dish was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the large portion size. Our waiter Victor was very nice.
I’ve honestly never had a bad experience at The Standard. Last night’s New Year’s Eve dinner was no exception. Actually, one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Beef carpaccio and sea scallops entree. Crime brûlée duo was missing true sugar ‘crack’ but tasted great nonetheless. So yummy!

Pria and Alexis has been helpful in making sure my folks enjoyed their post Christmas lunch treat. It’s hard living far away from them and I thank the staff of The Standard for ensuring they were attended to and had no problems! This is one of my parents’ fave

We were a party of 6 celebrating a birthday. 2 of our party had eaten earlier and ordered just a dessert. The waitress was informed the other 4 would not be getting dessert and if they could be served with our entrees.
When our food was served 3 of us received food, 3 did not. The two desserts were included in those without food. It took about 15 minutes to flag down an employee who then got our waitress. She went to check and there was a mix up in the kitchen. Another 20 minutes and out came the missing desserts and a cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was not the missing entree however. After another 5 minutes the correct entree arrived. While the food was good three of us ate room temperature meals after waiting for everyone else.
As mentioned earlier the waitress was missing for a period of time. This also led to dirty plates from appetizers and drinks being left on the table for longer than I'd expect and very few beverage refills, 4 of us never got a water refill throughout the meal.
I like the standard and have gone quite a bit. Hopwfully this was just a very off night.

Our dinner started out nicely with requested seating, attentive service and drinks. We ordered and the food came promptly. My husband's chicken fajita salad had dressing on it that was too vinegary. The rest of the meals were good. What put a damper on the evening was the loudness of the music. It started out fine but about 1/2 hour after we sat down, it suddenly got louder - too loud. It was so loud we were distracted and it impacted our conversation. Not acceptable and annoying.
We both had salads which were very good and fresh... our server was very nice, only once or twice did we need to ask or remind... overall we were happy... we’ll be back.
The food was much too salty to eat. We had several different dishes and all except the steak were much too salty to eat
Very nice food and friendly service. Steak and chicken delicious. Charcuterie was plentiful but bland - needs some sauces/spreads. Service was fine, although courses were rushed instead of waiting until we were done with salad and apps.
I love this place favorite restaurant
Food was great, everything arrived hot and was very tasty. Our server, Elana, was perfect, checking in with us every now and then. The only downside was the cost but we could have slimmed that down by not having an appetizer and a martini. Will surely go back!

When first entering the restaurant my wife and I needed to use the bathrooms. We both agreed the bathrooms were filthy. The table we sat at was not that clean. The floor needed to be cleaned. We almost got up and left but we stayed only because of the late hour and we were hungry. Overall the food wasn’t bad with the exception of my appetizer. I ordered the mussels. They were some of the worst quality mussels I ever had. They were extra small and over cooked to the point where they wouldn’t detach from the shell. The restaurant was loud with kids playing games and watching cartoons on their portable devices. Overall bad experience.
