Bit overpriced, but good food and service. Outdoor space is comfortable and feels very covid safe

I am a fan of the Victoria as a venue, great place and location, really enjoy visiting for drinks and snacks and bar food but poor value for money if going there with the purpose of 'Dining' out as the Dining menu is very overpriced, pub food at quality restaurant prices. There are better dining experiences in Sheen, but for drinks and snacks it remains a favourite.

Ive been meaning to go here for years. It took a pandemic for me to get there! Their outside set up is really nicely done. It's well spaced and pretty and they have lots of heaters. The menu and wine list was good. The service was great. We spent £100 including service. We both had a main course; shared a desert; had a decent bottle of wine and I had a coffee. I have no hesitation recommending it.

Really beautiful area and staff were so friendly and attentive! I ordered the calamari and the lamb shank, honestly so delicious. I really recommend going there.

I had booked wrong time ? The manager was not fazed ( don’t worry we can sort it out )
We had a great time ( nice to be out again ) food was good and staff were helpful with selection of drinks .

The food was tasty, the Pimms was nicely decorated and the balance between the ice and drink was good, although, the raspberry jin had much more ice in the glass than the drink itself so that was disappointing specially for the price, I think after a long lock down we could get a better value for our money as everyone has found it challenging. The outdoor layout was good and so the sevice.

First week after the release of lockdown on 12/04 and outside eating permitted so staff were very busy as restaurant was obviously very popular. Took a little while to get drinks but once order taken food arrived quickly. Excellent.

We had to ask for a soft drink and beer, three times before it came. I asked for Diet Coke and got flat draft instead.
We only ate chips so can’t say much about it but they tasted very nice.
The £5 service charge was excessive, especially as service was slow.
When we were served, most staff were pleasant.
The prices of drinks was expensive.

First pub visit after lockdown. Wish this would have been a better experience. Food was okay, staff was okay (one rather unfriendly lady), no outdoor heaters despite of the cold weather. I think they could have been a bit better prepared for the re-opening tbh.
Outdoor area is otherwise pleasant enough and has a small playground for kids.

Wonderful garden setting and excellent pub food with a twist, meeting current cOVID regulations. Loved it!

First night out since reopening! Food was good and handled my complaint about the steak being overcooked well by instantly offering to recook a fresh one which was then just right. Also offered a drink on the house as an apology. Good to see our local up and running again and will be back soon.

Very disappointed in the cocktails , poor value and not well made.

Ordered the burger which was very good

First time out in 6 months due to shielding & lockdown so wanted somewhere a bit special. The Victoria ticked all the boxes! Staff all wearing masks, tables far enough apart, great burgers but best of all the sun was out!

Such a lovely place to eat with really delicious food. Even in the garden post lockdown it was a lovely experience.

Have made a b-line to the Victoria following two releases from lockdown. Neither occasion has disappointed. Food up to the high standards and service impeccable once again. Prices are still on the high side for the type of fare, but the quality is reliable.

So happy The Victoria is open again. We love going as a family, the staff are so friendly and the food is always delicious.

Excellent business lunch venue. Unfortunately a few beer supply issues but not their fault if London pride is not brewed by the Japs. Pint of TT hit the spot. My Pie was delicious and the F&C looked excellent ....keep smiling

Lovely table near the fire. Just the right amount of Christmas decorations. Great food and plenty of room.

Great Sunday evening dinner for the family, first time out since 2nd lockdown. Very good food, including Sunday roast as well as a number of other options, including a kids menu, topped with a wonderful sticky toffee pudding and a carafe of Malbec red wine. Really enjoyed the ambiance in the observatory.

Interesting and well presented food with enough choices. Service is very pleasant. We can recommend it for a good night out.

It was a very cold day but the staff had a heater ready for us and we really enjoyed our lunch. Great service too.

Excellent as always - amazing steak with a very peppery sauce - delicious. Happy to have such an amazing restaurant nearby.

The calamari starter was tasteless. At which point I should have cancelled our mains.
The chicken main was obviously microwaved as the chicken was rubbery and the sauce was so oily I felt ill for hours after. Would never go back.

We had a good time considering it was the first time we'd had an outdoor meal in the rain. Thankfully the umbrella was a good one. Good food and service. Pity the London Pride was not in good form -- end of the barrel?

A mixed households group of 6 outside for a delicious lunch served under the big umbrella that covers half of the garden. The tables were well spaced from each other. The service was good.

Had a lovely lunch with the family. The Victoria had good social distancing procedures in place and the staff were very friendly. Food was excellent. Great local pub!

It was ok staff were nice but although I had my face covered as per guidelines they tried to force a mask on me. Personally I don't agree with not accepting cash so until this changes it will be my first and last visit
