The White Horse is gloriously situated on the marshland coastline of North Norfolk at Brancaster Staithe, a designated area of outstanding beauty.
The dining room and adjoining conservatory restaurant serves seasonal, local produce seven days a week. Shellfish when in season includes cockles, mussels and oysters from the beds at the bottom of the garden. Fish delivered to the kitchen door by the village fishermen.

    We traveled up from Suffolk to celebrate my husband’s Birthday & I have to say it did not disappoint. We had a table right by the window looking out over the salt marsh as the tide was out. Everything was just perfect from the excellent food to the warm welcome we received we did not feel rushed through our meal like some restaurants do, but instead enjoyed a relaxing 3hrs soaking it all in. We will be back.

    We came for my wife's birthday perfect food and drinks very welcoming and even got a nice brownie free the wife was happy

    A lovely afternoon visit with great customer service. Disappointed with menu choice’s especially that crab was not available. Trout was lovely but small portion. Haddock was good portion size.

    The staff member we had initially serving us was not that attentive and it took a long time for our main course to come out. The food was ok, but nothing overly special. Nice setting and a nice atmosphere. Would return for drinks and pub snacks rather than dining.

    The food never disappoints, the lamb starter was exceptional, we love eating with you whether in the summer at the front or in the restaurant. We are back soon.
