I was really impressed with the waiting staff at the Zetter Townhouse - they were totally pro - looked after us so well - thank you!
Pre-dinner cocktails were absolutely brilliant. Completely original and great ambiance. Some cocktails even come with a story! I cannot comment on the food as we didn't have any, but for a unique cocktail, in a unique setting, I would highly recommend.
We took some friends to the cocktail lounge on Friday night. Very different surroundings. Could have been a little more substantial with the portions of food but cocktails were super. Service was very friendly and attentive. We all had a great time. Will definitely go back.
Fantastic, knowledgeable service. Some wonderful, non-run-of-the-mill cocktails and tasty little plates.
Loved the experience here. Very cute ambiance. Beautiful things to look at everywhere. Tea was splendid, food was plenty.
We had a lovely time at this place! We were served sandwiches, scones, and pastries with unlimited teas! We were able to try 4 unique teas in one location. NOTE - they only serve tea from 2pm to 5 pm. We made a reservation for 12:30pm and when we arrived we were told they did not receive our reservation. However, they were extremely accommodating and were willingly to serve us a simple afternoon tea that was still delightful!
Wonderful and decadent afternoon tea. The location is amazing, the food and ambience perfect. I would recommend and I will definitely be going again in the future.
When we reached there, they notified us that afternoon tea booking needs 24 hours arrangement - so I am not sure if Open table or the restaurant has messed this up terribly.
A lovely evening of cocktails and bites to eat at the Zetter Townhouse. Really great and cozy ambience, delicious cocktails and friendly staff. Can’t recommend enough. Looking forward to our next visit.
Lovely staff, lovely place
The Zetter Townhouse is one of my absolute favourite spots in London. Quirky and cozy, brilliant and friendly bartenders and staff. You can either sit in a comfy armchair or up by the bar talking to the bartenders and watch them do their magic. I will come back many times.
Mother’s Day. Waiters were very welcoming. Cocktails were very well made.
I took my family here for the afternoon tea, it was an amazing experience, excellent cakes and teas selection in a beautiful setting!
Fun evening with excellent cocktails. Great, cosy ambience and will visit again!
(Did not have any food here)
We had a really good time in the cocktail bar. The staff were very attentive and the cocktails and the food were delicious and high quality. I would recommend reserving a table as all tables were taken consistently for the 2h we were there.
Short, sharp and interesting. Booked day before, drinks only. Noshed on some bar snacks with drinks. Referenced a birthday and the senior bar person brought over a wee cocktail to sample. Cosy, intimate, classy, not brash or ostentatious. Loved it.
Lovely place and amazing cocktails
Met up for afternoon tea with a friend and it was a pure delight!
We went for afternoon tea to treat a friend. The place is gorgeous and cosy. The portions, specially the sandwiches were delicious but minute. Perhaps there could be less cake and more savoury. The other option had quite a bad pasty and not much else to remember. We also had some cocktails, one out of three were good. The staff were very attentive though and the surroundings beautiful. Not worth £150+ bill.
Beautifully decorated, very quirky and cozy.
Not as quiet as you may expect.
Most of the staff were very friendly.
Forgot to bring the food we ordered and wrongly charged us for, which was our 2nd choice as the 1st choice they had run out of.
I would return though for the ambience, maybe for an afternoon drink or afternoon tea.
We were group of tourist wanted to try something. I thought I made reservation for Maryleboren but it was ok. May try it a another time. The service was fine.
I love the calmness of this bar. The fact that you can make a reservation and the innovative cocktails. Great for a high quality, no hassle night.
Very nice cocktails, great ambience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely go back. I would recommend it.
Excellent service + great cocktails from experienced hands.
In London on Holiday and wanted a light but well-put together and sophisticated dinner. This spot was incredible. Intimate without being too cramped, and eclectically And idyllically British. Zetter blends casual and high end seamlessly. Holiday cocktails are to die for.
A disappointingly small menu, but the steak was cooked as ordered, even if it had rather a lot of sinew. The triple-cooked chips were well over cooked and not very warm, but the tarragon mayonnaise was excellent.
Love it at the Townhouse for fantastic atmosphere and the staff always manage to welcome you with genuine enthusiasm.
Zetter Townhouse is an absolute jewel. It is a Hotel also but I only went to the bar. It’s like walking into someone’s beautiful lounge. Absolutely perfect for Xmas. Nice bottle of prosecco for £35 so not too expensive. Do go if in the area
Very disorganised staff who have little clue what's going on & they definitely aren't somewhere to go for breakfast.
What a stunning place! And very good service as well. I will come back! Just had some eggs with avocado and tomato as part of their breakfast menu, it was good, nothing amazing but fresh and well cooked. The coffee is very good.
Lovely relaxing evening in very special environment and we were given a complimentary glass of wine each by the gorgeous waiter.
Great place for a drink. Good food (snacks) and great services.
Brunch of the Welsh rarebit with some bacon on the side. Didn’t need to eat for rest of the day. Great wee discovery.
Great ambience and service as usual. Usual and highly delicious cocktails however The bar bites are a little over elaborate and expensive for teeny tiny portions, and it feels like they are trying to cram too many people in so it’s quite cramped. a shame as it’s one of my favourite places in London.
Neither places had our booking. The menu was advertised at the bar area was a bit of a mix up. Thankfully they had a table as it was my boyfriend’s bday.
Great drinks and even better atmosphere! We didn't have food but enjoyed the elevated cocktails and ambiance.
Service was quite slow and sometimes inattentive (despite the bar not being very busy) we had to go up to the bar and ask for the bill, and could have done with a few more offers of fresh drinks!
Lovely afternoon tea. Cost was middle of the range for afternoon tea in London. Only issue was the sofa seating which was rather uncomfortable and impractical for eating.
