Thomas's Ratings and Reviews
We were slightly early but this was no issue we got seated and attended to straight away. We were offered water straight away and drinks came soon after. We ordered a main with sides and the waiter was great at explaining which sides would compliment the meal. And the sides were really delicious! Overall great attentive service, food was excellent and I would highly recommend to anyone.
A very friendly and professional service. Menu is good to accommodate any time of the day. Food is delicious particularly the cakes. We were all happy with our main courses for taste, quantity and service. It is a good location just off the Regents Street and inside Burberry shop.
Lovely experience having afternoon tea at Thomas’s. Was seated upstairs where it was only my cousin and I which was perfect seeing as we hadn’t seen each other in over a year. Service was impeccable despite us being upstairs . I have a feeling that this might be somewhere that I always come back to!
Hi there just checking on the details and how to make the trip tomorrow night to do the appraisal on Friday morning at one so if I get there I’ll probably go ahead with you I think it’s going for the night I’ll let her do something and I can get a table with him thanks again
We had afternoon tea which was absolutely unbelievable! Lovely sandwiches, perfect scones and tasty cakes, all served on a beautiful cake stand. The waiter even boxed up the jam for me to bring home. Will definitely visit again, I love Thomas’s. Wonderful afternoon and great value for money!
An elegant oasis of calm amid the frenetic pace of Oxford and Regent streets. The upstairs dining room was beautiful, stately and cool. I had a main course salad that was so fresh -- seemed just-picked! -- but it had no protein so I left hungry. Would be nice if they top it with some beans, quinoa or cheese (even if it was a paid add-on). I will definitely go back to Thomas'!
Love the simplicity and coziness of this place. The food always hits the spot. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients. Also, the food is just the right portion so you don't feel guilty but you are not left hungry too. Plus you can get a spot of shopping at burberry as soon as you are done dining! 😍Simply love it.
Chose Thomas' for afternoon tea for my sister's birthday. We have sampled many in various hotels over the years and without question this was our favourite so far. Absolutely loved it. The (upstairs) room was stunning, tourist free at the time (2.30 on a Monday!) understated, elegant, gorgeous food, perfect service. We will DEFINITELY be back
Loved this place, the menu isn't extensive but feels as though they have focussed on doing a few things well. Simple food, well executed. Perfect spot for lunch with girlfriends or business lunch. We sat upstairs which was lovely and had a more formal air to it than the cafe area downstairs. The truffle crisps were excellent as was the chicken tarragon and avocado salad. Highly recommend.
