A La Carte
Delicious lunch menu in an elegant environment. A rare quiet place to meet with friends on Regents Street. Stunning flowers and cakes.
Had a wonderful time at Thomas's for afternoon tea! I called ahead to say that we were celebrating a birthday and the staff did everything they could to make it extra special. Will definitely come again!
One of the best afternoon tea in town, very elegant with an amazing food level
Staff are very pleasant and professional however there were long delays for food and many people complained in the restaurant area upstairs. When our food came it was over cooked too.
It’s a great place for breakfast, brunch or coffee & cake. Lunch I wouldn’t recommend!
Had an afternoon tea with friends on a weekend. The cakes and tea were quite good. The place is quiet and not very busy, perfect for catching up with friends or taking a break from shopping. The place looks very elegant and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Would love to go back again.
Thomas's lives up to the hype. The presentation of the cafe and food is impeccable, as you would expect from a cafe situated in a British design institution (Burberry). We found the staff were not particularly personable or helpful. However this didn't dampen the experience, and we would definitely go back.
Gorgeous decor and wonderful service. Definitely my new favourite place in London for afternoon tea.
The selection of the cakes and sandwiches was good, way too much for one person,so next time probably sharing one afternoon tea for two and get extra tea.Crumpets were ordinary and I wouldn’t eat them in the afternoon for a special occasion.Scones were delicious and my clients from Scotland loved them.
Ordered half dozen oyster, two were tiny little, Chef considered it as "fine" and "normal" even we asked. Bread of
the afternoon tea sandwich is not fresh. Finished the main course and had waited for nearly half an hour before someone came and took the plate away (only 2 tables sitting with customers during that period of time and 2-3 waiter/waitress were just standing there and talking).
Thomas's is my favourite restaurant! I brought my little sister here for her 25th birthday dinner. Food was perfect, staff were friendly and attentive and they even surprised her with a little cake and chocolate birthday message (all on their own, I didn't even ask!). It was a gorgeous touch. Cannot wait to be back again!
Beautiful restaurant upstairs, with excellent service and good food, highly recommended
Excellent food and amazing service. Atmosphere is very hard to beat!
Lovely brunch experience - scrambled eggs and salmon were really good
Great venue for breakfast, telly like salmon and scramble eggs. Good location, service and reasonable price
Thomas's have got the 'less is more' approach right! Great service, chic surroundings. Can't wait to come back again!
A very pleasant café annexed to Burberry's main London store on Regent Street / Vigo Street.
As one might expect from one of the Queen's clothing suppliers, food quality and service is high and this is not a cheap place to eat.
The staff are very courteous, friendly and helpful and dining here is an enjoyable experience.
We will be coming again in the future to sample a more extensive menu at lunchtime.
great for breakfast. tasty food, good service, relaxed atmosphere, reasonable price
Good food, good environment.
Lobster was really yummy, fresh and juicy! Food was a bit quite salty. Staff was nice.
Amazing afternoon tea from every front!!! All sourced in UK super tasty and great service in a beautiful environment: can wait to go back 😍
A real find on a side street off Regent's Street. Great food and service; well worth a visit. I have had lunch and business meetings - ideal for both.
Why offer dinner if you don't do dinner? We sat down looked at the depressing menu, got up and went elsewhere
Excellent hospitality and exceptionally courteous hosts.
Excellent service and food. The quality of the food served here is top notch. Reserve a table in the restaurant upstairs for a quieter or special occasion.
The simplest of menu choices is somehow turned into a memorable culinary treat.
The 'bites' are a great discovery.
It has the perfect atmosphere for bringing a friend for a conversation - unlike most London eating places of today which are drowned in ambient noise.
We were running late and the hostess held our table and was very sweet about it. The light bites were perfect four our family of five and the truffle crisps were addictive!
Peaceful, delicious, beautiful . Took my in laws there for lunch and they are very fussy and they loved it.
Thomas' was a delight for our working lunch. The chicken salad was exceptional and friendly service. We will be back!
Lovely lunch away from busy shopping ... quiet, good service, great food, & no rush
Agreat find (and it is quite difficult to find!!). Stylish, spacious, great staff and yummy food options. Will definitely return
Very good service. Food was lovely and a nice varied menu
My visit to Thomas's last week the service left me far from impressed (I've been there before and on both occasions loved it). The waiting staff were not attentive; my friend and I ordered cakes with our tea which came at different times; the tea was served without any milk or sugar and we were not even asked if we wanted any(!); and I was overcharged (though as I was in a rush I checked it only later in that day). I did not expect this from a place that attaches itself to a name like Burberry and will not be visiting or recommending it to anyone.
Fabulous location, service and food wonderful. Atmosphere is so relaxing.
Great food that's more than reasonably priced for the quality. Thomas's is never overly busy upstairs, which I really enjoy. The wine list is small but very good. The waiting staff are extremely attentive.
Great cake and tea - terrible service. They forgot our water and only took our order after we asked twice. Beautiful surroundings though and great apple cake!
A great location, good food, friendly staff, excellent for breakfast
Off-Regent Street gem; probably the best avocado and poached egg on toast I've ever had. Will definitely be going again soon!
We sat upstairs which was more formal with tablecloths etc. This made it quieter and therefore easier to talk.I think that the Lunch Menu was similar to downstairs. The food was very good although a little on the expensive side. An enjoyable experience and we were able to get out within an hour which was great if you are pushed for time. I would definitely go again.
We were slightly early but this was no issue we got seated and attended to straight away. We were offered water straight away and drinks came soon after. We ordered a main with sides and the waiter was great at explaining which sides would compliment the meal. And the sides were really delicious! Overall great attentive service, food was excellent and I would highly recommend to anyone.
