It was just amazing! The atmosphere was full of energy and charisma, the food was delicious and everyone enjoyed themselves.
When we arrived they had no record of our booking - we did however manage to get a table
It was so noisy the waiter had trouble hearing what we were saying
Very expensive, the ladies toilets I’ve never see. Anything like it before 80% of the toilets had no seats on them - there was toilet rolls all over the floor and in the
Cubicles, you could not get to the sink to wash your hands as it was covered in water,
The staff did not seem interested when it was mentioned to them, if we had had time I would have found somewhere else to eat but as we were going to the theatre by the following street we did not have time, we personally will not be going back
Just fit the ‘Bill’ for a quick pre Theatre meal. Good service and food. Just one point it is ‘Happy Hour’ early evening in Tiger Tiger BUT do no assume that it applies to ALL drinks, unless you ask what is drinks are included in Happy Hour the information is NOT forthcoming!! And there is NO information on your table or a drinks menu showing which drinks are included in Happy Hour, otherwise just a casual relaxed place th eat.
Considering it was Happy hour on all drinks it seemed like it would be a good evening however the attitude of staff and management completely ruined the experience. If you want to be treated like a child and disrespected this is definitely the place to go. I won’t be going back
Not very busy for Sunday afternoon. Service was ok but not as expected with only a few customers.
Food was good and drinks the usual fare.
Forgot one of our party’s main course which meant it arrived as everyone else finished. Not good when the order was previously read back with all meals accounted for. No offer to compensate for this inconvenience.
Delay meant we had to rush to show after dessert.
Food was good. Service was great but it was really quiet on a Sunday. 50% makes it amazing value, especially if you double it with Happy Hour.
My main issue was I saw a cochroach in the toilets before my starter came. Not nice to have that in the back of your mind for the whole experience!
Good value with 50% discounted food menu with open table. Good vibrant atsmosphere
It's more of a club place - i'd recommend late eating after you've had a few and you're not too fussed about the quality of the service and/or food. Upside is it's cheap and it's central.
Couldn't find reservation , but did find us a table. Some staff excellent and saved the day but attitude of some staff was very offhand almost rude
Food was good and reasonable value for money
Nice place, lovely waiters and although initially they did make a mistake on our bill they rectified it and gave us 50% off so we got very good value.
Nice place and very good value with the open table deal. Definitely recommending for pre-theater or night out......
I had Fajita's with steak but the meat was so hard I could only eat the vegetables. My husband had Fajita's with chicken. The chicken was cooked, very soft without flavour.
good location with friendly staff who were helpful
the Apple pie was great but there was not much custard with it. when I asked for more they quickly provided more without any issue
The service was good. However they made a couple of mistakes which delayed my food. The food was overall bad. It was tasteless. The waitress were very kind and the place it’s very nice. They just to change the food really
Good central position but lacking atmosphere, when we were there. Probably because it was lunchtime and surprisingly empty; it would have more going for it in the evening I think.
Staff were very helpful and the food was excellent value for money as they have a 50% off menu in the middle of the day.
I went for the 50% deal, which was amazing value. They also had happy hour too. The server was pleasant, and we went at 5pm, so before it turned into a club. If you're looking for pub grub and a cheap deal in central London, Tiger Tiger is the place!
50% are Not for the Sandwiches - better Next Time you say it before!
Brilliant food and amazing value. It's quite noisy as the bar and club both have music playing but I can't be beaten for location and value and the menu is extensive and really good.
The food was lovely, although when we ordered steak the waitress couldn't explain to us the sauces that come with it. Other than that it was a pleasurable experience.
The worst lounge ever
Ordered the five small plates £17 offer - a great deal with good sized portions. The chicken salad came without bacon and when this was pointed out it was taken away and re-served properly. A random chicken plate appeared on our table and was subsequently taken away and we were told the chef had made this in error!
Service was good, however we do not agree with the 10% discretionary charge (we paid it as service was acceptable). There was really no need to dictate any tip to us.
This place isn't bad for a quick meal, foods pretty decent and the drinks are good
We went for a Christmas meal and Tiger seemed perfect - not just for location, but also in terms of price range. We had also left it a little late and were grateful for being able to book at such short notice.
We weren't made aware initially that we would have to pre-order our meal and this caused a bit of a problem trying to get everyone organised in time, but most of the girls understood that it was necessary around the Christmas period.
We booked through Open Table who were very patient with us and made everything easy. We had one girl in our party who got held up at work and then on the tube, and the restaurant were very understanding of this.
There were a couple of times we attempted to speak to our waitress but she was busy talking to a colleague. This was a little annoying in terms of service but didn't affect the enjoyment of the night.
On arrival the area where seats we were taken to had a strong odour of TCP. We asked to be moved as it was virtually empty. They were very accommodating. We studied the menu and were advised that the only sides available on the children's menu were fries no vegetables. We ordered sharing plates as starters followed by 2 children's margarita pizza, fish and chips and a sizzling fajita. Our mains came first so we sent them back and then our starters came. Nachos and all accompanying dips were pretty tasteless. The children's pizzas arrived. They were very thick and too big for a child but more concerning was the tomato base was very spicy (it had what looked like green chillis in it). The children were unable to eat them. My fajitas on the other hand could have done with some spice it was completely bland. The staff were friendly and didn't charge us for the children's food. We will not be returning.
Nice atmosphere, food was good. One negative would be that it was overpriced, especially the wine. I also do not like the fact there is no choice whether you want to include a service charge or not.
food was not great, music and people around were loud and at first they did not apply the 50% discount to our bill, we had to request it. honestly you can get better for the price
Handy with 50% off food and 50% off cocktails before 8. Food was as expected.
Unless you get the steak or burger avoid
Whilst the service was great, the food wasn't value for money. It tasted re-heated and wasnt fresh. For the cost of the food, i was expecting far better quality of food. Its a shame as the rest of the evening was great within the venue.
Great value for a quick meal before the theatre. Excellent value and service.
didnt like the plastic glasses but overall very nice
Couldn't find our booking but as early got a table but no sweet potato fries and was early Saturday evening
I was totally appalled at being seated in a booth close to where the hostess was there were two tables there so not in the restaurant ! The table had been laid for guests however the wine glasses were made of plastic were really old and look as though they had been through the dishwasher a 100 times so looked really unclean.
We walked out of the restaurant and had a lovely evening - food, ambience, services and value excellent.
Very nice pleasant waitress with a cheery disposition, although she seemed busy juggling many things and wasn't always able to give us attention unless prompted.
Also I ordered a bunless burger with mango and avacado salsa but there was no avacado actually in it.
The restaurant was nice but cost more than I expected. The food was disappointing, a really good stack but the rest was disappointing. Had difficulty finding anything other than lettuce in the £6.50 salad. Left before desert.
Really nice for lunch, bit quiet could do with more music on
Evenings are buzzing and very lively :-)
While the venue, service and food were good, there was an unacceptably loud background music being played. We had to speak over this to be heard. When we asked if the level could be turned down, we were told No because there was a party going on. Will not be going back
Greeted at the Door couldn't place our reservation which honestly was done on line only a couple of hours before
No problem any way shown to table of 4
Great service food fantastic cheeky happy hour cocktail
Would recommend went of to theatre
Avoid this place if you are wanting edible food and good value. It is not a place to eat but could well be a place to party.
Book the table at 7:30 but I reached 15 min earlier, I didn't like the fact that the waiter approached me twice asking when my friends were arriving (they still had 15 min, told him I came early and table was book at 7:30).
Food was alright, I enjoyed the ribs but I didn't like the calamari(not enough and they looked like left overs very small compared to other restaurants)... I also advise not to order the cocktail jars that are £18 they taste like juice(there is defn no trace of alcohol )
