Sunday lunch . Food fantastic
What a lovely restaurant ! We took our grandchildren who were home from University for a lovely meal. They thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was A+ and the food was delicious and beautifully cooked. The surroundings were really pleasant. Will definitely go there again.
Last went to this restaurant 10 years ago, thought we’d try again, which turned out to be a mistake. I’ll never give it another chance, it’s poor, fur coat no ...........
Whilst the ambience was very nice, we were both a bit disappointed with the afternoon tea. The quality of the sandwiches was slightly disappointing, the bread was very thin and there was a finger mark or two on a couple of the sandwiches. The cakes were average except for the lemon cake which was delicious.
The aroma coming out of the restaurant for the lunch time meals smelt very nice so if we visit again I think we would come for a meal rather than afternoon tea.
Spent a lovely afternoon with family for Mother's Day. We picked food off the Mother's Day menu 3 courses for £24 absolute bargain. Staff were wonderful, food was amazing, no complaints, would highly recommend
We went with 2 young children. The childrens food was exceptional! The staff were very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxing. Nothing was too much trouble.
My husband & I visited here on a Saturday night and it was pretty loud what with the live music and the number of people chatting away but I didn't mind this as it created a buzz. Food was pricier than we usually pay (£85 for 3 courses each and a bottle of house wine) but was tasty and well presented and portion size was good. Service was very good and staff were friendly. Overall we enjoyed our dining experience and would recommend, especially for a special occasion.
Outstanding food and service with brilliant live music
Tom 101s were outstanding at looking after my girlfriend who requires gluten and dairy free options
Would recommend to anyone especially the fillet steak
Loved the drinks and the live music to finish off a perfect night
Great meal and lovely service but I forgot about live music on a Friday so my mistake. We had to leave and go elsewhere for a drink after we ate because we were tired of trying to talk/shout over the music.
Always delivers a lovely meal here. Whenever I’m in the area, I try to visit.
Good food at a great price with their January promotion. You can tell they take care with their dishes and the staff were good despite being busy.
Impromptu mid week treat.
Great food and service.
Booked in for an early evening birthday meal with 2 friends and were the first customers. There was still a lovely atmosphere. When there was nobody else in. The service was excellent which continued as the restaurant filled up. There were several families dining and the service was the same high standard for all.
We all had a starter and a main course and all were absolutely delicious. 50% discount on Mondays allowed me to splash out on the lobster with garlic and herb butter which was one of the best meals I have had.
Great experience and I would definitely recommend it. Can't wait to go back
Excellent service and the food was delicious. After ordering a cocktail to go with my meal on Sunday I found out it was 2-4-1 which was an even better bonus.
Beautifully cooked food and very attentive service. Will definitely be returning
Fabulous as always, it never lets us down for special occasions. We will be back for Valentines Day. X
Great food excellent value for money. Staff were all friendly, helpful and very accommodating.
The menu is a little limited for a good restaurant; once you take away the burgers and the steak, and with a few items off like when we went (e.g. lobster), there's not a lot left. But once the food itself arrived everything was fine. Interesting, tasty and brilliantly presented, it made us remember why we have enjoyed coming here before.
Worth considering adding a few more options though.
A fantastic evening with my boyfriend. Food was gorgeous and service was outstanding. Is a bit expensive but you certainly get what you pay for. Will most certainly visit again couldn't fault anything there. Amazing!!
Excellent margarita cocktail to start and delicious oysters and rib eye streak to follow. Ask them to do you vanilla ice cream and hot toffee sauce for dessert - delicious!
I WAS VERY DISSPOINTED WITH THE OUTLET WAITER WAS CONSTANTLY AROUND US AS WE PUT THE CUTLERY DOWN IT WAS TAKEN FOR STARTES MAIN AND DESERT WASNT AMUSED FOOD WAS AVERAGE IT WASNT AS IF IT WAS BUSY THERE WAS US AND 2 OTHERS.
The Prawn Starter was great, the Hake was advertised on a bed of Mediterranean vegetables, it was on a bed of Ratatouille, also smothered in Ratatouille and the strond tomato was too strong for the Hake, disappointing. The Chunky chips were great. The hot molten chocolate pudding was a Chocolate fondant with white chocolate ice cream. The fondant was overcooked and broken into the dish with the ice cream on top! Dont know if this was to hide an overdone pud or whether it was artistic attempts. Generally, the place was chosen as an alternative to the usual boil in the bag pub restaurant places but at £32 a head for four starters, five mains and three desserts it doesn't live up to Value for money. The staff were great, the waitress was jolly, attentive and an asset to the business.
Not a great choice on the menu and my rib eye didn’t look the best but tasted good! Quite expensive
Steaks were cooked to perfection
Service was excellent
Drinks rather expensive but the food and service made up for that
Not our best dining experience here unfortunately - our table was booked for 6.30pm & we had to choose 3 times to find a dish on the menu that was still available! Service was exceptionally slow -we did not order a starter & waited almost an hour for our main course . Thankfully when it eventually arrived, the food was really tasty & well-cooked. The waiter was very apologetic about our long wait & gave us a round of drinks & a coffee on the house to make up for it!
We ordered a dessert afterwards which tasted good but the portion size was minuscule for £6.
Wouldn't rush back I'm afraid Tom :(
We had a wonderful hight and hope to return in
December for a family catch up
Went out with the hubby. Food was lovely, there was a nice atmosphere and this shouldn't be a criticism but we had finished our starter and main meal within an hour. We ended up buying a dessert just so we could stay there a bit longer! It might not always be like that!?
It's been a while since I've been here took my wife we both enjoyed the whole evening steak was cooked to perfection great bar and waiting on staff highly recommended and look forward to going again
We would like to return and would welcome seeing any offers.
First visit to Tom and was extremely impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff. My Blue cheese burger was perfectly cooked and very tasty and my friends steak also delicious. We hadn't known that there is live music on a Friday but as we were getting the bill we were offered a reserved table in the bar and really enjoyed the band.
The atmosphere was buzzing and we will certainly be back.
Another super meal - the staff are knowledgeable and attentive, food delicious! Table was in a lovely position, with great atmosphere, but yet not too noisy. Superb date night
Great food, great atmosphere, great service with a smile - complimentary drink for my Father's 90th birthday - was made to feel special. Our waiter John was very friendly and chatty and couldn't do enough for us :)
Birthday treat, never disappoints, always excellent, well done !
Good food, good service and enjoyed the live music. A good way to celebrate my birthday with my sisters
Pleasant place to have a meal. The food was nice. The service was good even though our second round of drinks was served to the table next to us. There then was a bit confusion but we did get our drinks in the end.
Really good food and friendly service. Good value for money too
We stayed in Warrington 8 nights and ate here 3 nights, and wished we'd done so at other times. We liked the place, the staff and the food.
Thanks for making us welcome
Up here on business and been twice. Food cooked and presented well. I had a midweek deal - the chicken liver par fair starter was easily shared between 2. And followed by a good sized, rare steak and a fish and chips. All well executed.
My wife and myself went to this restaurant on Saturday 12th August. 1st time here . We thought the food was brilliant, staff were on the ball . And the service was great . The live music that came on later on in the evening was also brilliant.
My only negative about this restaurant is I thought the price of the alcohol is very expensive . £28.00 for 4 bottles of peroni .
Had a birthday voucher which was very good value recommended the main which was delicious dessert last so shop bought meringue is poor the head waiter was very helpful & informative only thing that let the evening down was the slow service & poor response to having the wine replaced
will be back to try again thanks
