TOZI Restaurant & Bar
Totally delicious food, if you enjoy sharing food this is fantastic
Lovely selection of sharing plates which just kept on coming! Fabulous
Great dinner with friends - given quantity we ate also price was ok. Although we had to wait a little to get our table (we were 15-20 minutes late from scheduled time and called in advance to say so, I suspect they gave away our original table) but we were just 6 guys so not a problem to wait at the bar. Will be back again
Been there quite a few times now, never let me down.
Good formula, sort of Italian tapas. Wine far too expensive. Service and food a good four star.
Everything we ordered came at once, and the crab ravioli got cold before we could eat them. We went for a pre-theatre meal at 6pm when it was still fairly quiet and the staff wasn’t busy. They whisked the empty plates away as soon as we finished the last bite which was a bit annoying. We weren’t in a rush and I said that when we ordered.
I found the wine by the glass list a bit limited, really not much choice.
We finished with a delicious dessert, pistachio tiramisu, and left happy.
Perfect place for a pre-theatre meal. The set priced menu was very good quality and reasonably priced. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Overall a very enjoyable start to our evening. We would both recommend this restaurant wholeheartedly.
This was our second to Tozi and we came with high expectations; we were not disappointed.
Really nice food, family friendly, great location and lovely service.
A great find; the menu was excellent, like Italian/Sicilian does tapas......Service was top notch. I went with the family, wife and 2 teenage kids, they loved it.
We had a fabulous pre theatre supper. The service was excellent and waiter even asked us what time we needed to vacate to ensure we were served in time
Nice circular table by window and delicious food - all small sharing dishes.
We loved all the dishes - probably would not order the lobster linguine again but then again lobster probably best eaten from shell
We’ll be back!
Great authentic Italian food. Small dishes, it’s great to try different of them and share
Great place, amazing food!
Worth going. A minute away from the theatre so good to go before a show.
It was ok. Wouldn’t be disappointed to go back, but also wouldn’t be excited about returning either. Wouldn’t recommend. Expected better food experience for the price.
Nice concept close to theatres. Good food and surroundings. Would recommend folks to try it out.

We went to Tozi before seeing Hamilton and our meal was fabulous! Our waiter asked if we were dining before the theater and made sure that we our food was well timed and not rushed. The menu is laid out very well so you truly are sampling dishes of all different types and each was delicious!
We went here to celebrate my wife's birthday before going to Hamilton. The food and service was outstanding - the staff checked in advance what time we needed to leave and ensured we were on time - the whole experience was excellent and I would highly recommend. Thank you to all the staff, Brendan
Great authentic Italian food. Chef made a fabulous pomodoro sauce for our daughter who is a fussy eater. Service was delightful. Perfect family Boxing Day lunch.
Went there for Christmas dinner. Food were not so good, obviously not up to the price they charged.
We were there for dinner on Christmas Day (special set menu), full payment req. in advance. The latter was only disclosed after booking.
Culatello d.Z., pear, endive & parmesan: a bit basic, but should work. Only they were out of endive and the pear didn't taste of anything.
Fritto: The squid was nice, but we couldn't taste the red mullet or samphire, both were overpowered by the too-thick batter.
W. chicory, chard & gorgonzola tart: too much cheese and salt. Decent, in a comfort food sort of way.
Buffalo ricotta ravioli & black truffle: too heavy on the butter and only black truffles, still, it worked and fit the festive brief.
Pumpkin tortelli, prawns & chilli: the prawns tasted livery (disgusting), the filling was tasteless and the tomato sauce sickly-sweet. No pumpkin or chilli in sight. No, thanks.
Chargrilled seabass, Castelluccio lentils, parsnip crisps & salsa verde: an altogether very boring dish, both in concept and execution.
Roasted stuffed guinea fowl the stuffing tasted mostly like ragù alla bolognese, good in itself, but much too dominant.
Warm panettone, mascarpone cream: good panettone is light, fluffy and moist. This one tasted like a stale shop-bought one had been sliced and chucked in a toaster, making it hard and bone-dry. An insult.
Robiola rocchetta, pear cugnà: The cheese was creamy but very subtle flavour-wise, the sauce mainly very bitter.
Sorbets: too sweet.
A place for a quick weekday lunch, maybe. But was this a menu worthy of Christmas Day, or of a £68 p.p. price tag? Not on your life. Dishes that look simple on paper can be divine with the right ingredients and execution, but in practice nothing even tasted thought-through, never mind the rest. Nothing really clicked. If I had to use one word to describe the food, it'd be "lazy".
Nobody asked how it was, not even when I declined the service charge, though that got me a me snapped at. Unprofessional.
Excellent service and the lady always kept our glasses topped up without having to ask, very attentive and polite staff. the food was exquisite
Christmas set lunch for 3 adults was delicious, very Italian and the service was smooth and charming. Good lively atmosphere and good value.
I have eaten at this restaurant several times over the last five years and each time I go I conclude this is the best food I’ve had in London
I’m from here and have eaten across budgets and town throughout my life
It’s good , clean , very stylish, with a relaxed atmosphere
I love it
Great for pre theatre
We went to TOZI for lunch ahead of a matinee theatre performance. The staff were brilliant, and super speedy. The food was lovely as usual - I highly recommend the burrata!
Tozi never fails to satisfy me; from the quality of the produce to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I am never disappointed. the eclectic menu always produces great surprises.
Amazing food!!! & great service. We had a lovely evening at Tozi
Excellent food and top quality wine
Soft shell crab is usually a favourite of ours at Tozi. It was a little bit soggy this time. Likewise the pizettas are usually great, not so much this time - Tuscan sausage was one big lump per slice, would be better if smaller pieces spread out.
A good place to eat in Victoria, near the station.
Food very lovely, staff very efficient and quick. My only comment would be the only member of staff who looked happy and smiled was the concierge. Otherwise the staff didn't smile at all.
Like nearly everyone else who goes to Tozi we found it to be really very good. Delicious food from a varied menu in a buzzy atmosphere served up by very attentive and friendly table wait staff. The wine list doesn't have many under £30 / bottle but the food is good value and the experience satisfying. If you happen to be given a table with a view of the open kitchen, the free "entertainment" is a real bonus as the chefs work really hard and with passion.
Very nice atmosphere, light and airy. Good food and plenty of choices for all tastes
On the whole, pretty good. The Frito Misto was really unpleasant. Nearly the whole plate was left. No one asked us why it had been returned virtually untouched. Otherwise a pleasant place for pre-theatre.
Lovely Italian tapas food. To die for pasta. Lovely service and relaxing place.
Great sharing plates and friendly staff
