TOZI Restaurant & Bar
Saturday – Sunday 12.30pm - 10.30pm
Super spot for Italian sharefood in an Italian atmosfere. Good value for money.
Was there on my own. It did take a while before i was served. Considered phoning to get some service. I was served and then things rolled quite quickly. The food was delicious. And definitely something to go back to. My main dish was brought out whilst I was busy with my starter. This was done twice. Both times I asked if my main could be brought later. Problem was now when my main arrived it was warm and not hot. It was delicious but not hot. Will give it another try
Pre theatre meal for us, great choice and enjoyed the selection of three tapas each.
The restaurant never ceases to amaze me. The standards are so high from the bar, the lovely welcome, the chefs attention to detail and the excellent level of service all of which are sublime. We will return time and time again. Thank you to all for a lovely afternoon meal.
lovely food, lots of tapas to choose from, even from the set-lunch menu. they recommended 3-4 dishes each but they were quite large so for lunch 2 would have been fine but they all looked delicious so it would be hard to only chose two
The food and presentation was excellent, however the chef uses far too much oil, which is a shame. Eg, and I did report this to the waiter, the soft shell crab was too oily and the rib-eye steak was sprayed or brushed with oil after being sliced
If the above changes, let me know and then I'd love to come back.
The food was great, service was fast, everything tasted lovely. The only two comments I have are 1- the air conditioning wasnt doing what it should - keep the place cool. It was quite warm and the wine and food surely didnt help, but I was sweating like crazy. So the place needs better ventilation in this hot period. 2- the tiramisu was very heavy, whereas a lighter version would’ve been great as I have been having a light version of it. Those two things aside, the place is great, the dishes and variety are brilliant. Everything tasted incredible and felt like it was made with love. Cool lighting and very nice venue overall.
This is our favourite restaurant in London. Would never eat anywhere else. If you came every night for a week you could choose different dishes knowing, without any doubt, that they would all be superb. The staff are brilliant, smiley, friendly and knowledgeable about the food. There is always a really lively vibe in the restaurant with an Italian film beamed onto the wall above the kitchen and then there is the “piped” Italian lesson over the speakers in the toilets!!!! Absolutely brilliant!! If you only visit one restaurant in London make sure it is Tozi.
Had a great evening and will be back! The buffalo ravioli with truffle was to die for and we ended up ordering it again it was so good!
We booked this meal as a pre- theatre treat for ourselves and our children aged 9 and 11. It was 5 mins walk from Apollo Victoria and the tube. The food was absolutely beautiful- the sea bass on the sharing menu was the highlight for us. The kids meals were huge and satisfied my eldest with the addition of a starter of calamari, which she shared with her sister. The only slight negative was that there was not a lot on the menu that was easily identifiable in English. Would definitely recommend.
Food decidedly average and over priced. We meet once a month and try different places around Victoria but this cost the equivalents of 2 separate nights out! Disappointing and pretentious.
The food is great and Service is quick, though if you are looking for a reasonable place, then this isn't it. Drinks are expensive, so not a place where one can have too much to drink if on a budget.
Booked a table for lunch on Thursday- it was my first time there. On the hottest day of the year, the restaurant was cool and relaxed but with the warmest of welcomes and hospitality. Service was exemplary and we were recommended to order a series of dishes , which was perfect for us. The melon and prosecco cocktail to start was very refreshing. And the food to follow was a gastronomic delight. A lovely touch was a decorated plate of biscotti for my friends birthday , complete with candle. She loved it. The music in the restaurant was most discreet but in the cloakrooms, it was a little haven of authentic Italian music - nostalgic! The only thing that was missing was a fountain for me to throw a coin in. Because I know I’ll be back.
Fantastic as always, food, ambiance and service. Never disappoints.
Great service, delicious food, lovely environment. Recommended !
Underlying food was good but let down by a lack of attention to the final combinations and flavour. E.g. chargrillles octopus excellent but chick pea puree bland and underseasoned, needed some lemon or acidity to cut through.
Rabbit Pasta dish excellent.
Crab Ravioli also great but tomato sauce bland , maybe a little more seasoning and heat..
Woodfired goats cheese mini pizza bland
Beef Carpaccio.overpowered by marinated artichokes, there would be much better chargrillled without the vinegar.
Moves bag all in all.....
The perfect place for a relaxed meal with friends. Attentive, friendly service and great sharing food at fair prices. Everyone said that they would book again.
Fantastic food and service. Also great for kids. Just go, you will not regret it!
Comfortable place to hang out near Victoria
Food service very good
We ordered a selection of dishes to share over lunch which was an excellent choice. Our waiter was really helpful in suggesting dishes to us as well. The quality of food was good. The surprise dish was the cauliflower which was very different to what we were expecting, in a good way. Top marks all the way.
A very special place. Lots of attention to detail. Delicious tapas type dishes. Attentive staff. The bill wasn’t cheap but it was worth it
The friendly staff and excellent food/ well priced wine made for a fun night.
Wow! This was one of our favorite meals while visiting London. The food and service were fantastic. Everything we tried was delicious but our favorite was the truffle raviolis. Would definitely recommend a meal at Tozi while in London.
brilliant. will be back.
portions seem to have shrunk a little i think?
Really well cooked food with good quality ingredients, lovely presented. we ordered a whole list of dishes and enjoyed every single one. looking forward to going back to London again, just to stop @ TOZIs again.
Great experience all round. Very friendly staff and excellent service. Very delish food, went there twice in a week!
Delicious small plates of Venetian/Italian food - particularly enjoyed my buffalo ricotta and truffle ravioli! Great atmosphere and convenient location near Victoria too.
Had the best ravioli of my life here! Incredible food and excellent service that accommodated my needs.
We chose the restaurant because it was near Victoria Station (we were catching the GatwickExpress later that day), the reviews were very good and my gluten intolerance could be accommodated. Whilst not cheap for lunch, the food and service were superb and well worth the cost.
We had a good evening. Service was very good and restaurant was buzzing. Food was very good and arrived promptly. Lovely to have a restaurant like this in our hotel.
Food very bland and portions too small to justify for price and lack of seasoning lack of taste got chicken which was all bone and skin and mini portion and service was very rude and overpriced. Not going back
Great lunch and super location in close proximity to Victoria.
This was a girlie lunch. We were very well looked after and the food was lovely. Lots of sharing dishes that we couldn’t fault. It’s not a cheap option by any means....we thought the prosecco, for instance, was overpriced but after two bottles, hey, who cares!
Very nice place, great meal. Although they called me half way through saying we hadn’t checked in and we’re going to give the table away, forgot to sign off that we had arrived! -we were there! Haha
Absolutely wonderful, food was enticing and our waiter was tremendous. Prices were very reasonable.
Regular (i.e. once every couple of years!) venue for a reunion lunch of a few old work colleagues. The tapas-style dishes are tasty and good for sharing which adds to the communal feeling. Efficient but unobtrusive service and they are happy to let us sit on chatting after the meal. I expect we will go back again. And again!
Very Nice Italian place on a TAPAS mode. Very Fresh and top quality ingredients. A little be upscale but very nice experience. The third visit in three years and the quality is very constant. Very nice list of wine.
Greate experience. Very good food and service. We'll book again
