A really great experience. Thoroughly enjoyed my birthday meal here and the food was exceptional. We especially enjoyed how non-pretentious this place was. Great atmosphere, great food and great service. Would definitely recommend.
Amazing food with very interesting combinations but everything was delicious. Outstanding, friendly, relaxed & unobtrusive service. A lovely room, perfect for a leisurely Summer lunch.
Wonderful service and fantastic food, we are yet to be disappointed here.
Trinity is a wonderful restaurant. It is extremely lovely for a special occasion but I should note that it is not every day dining, as it is on the expensive side. We had a lovely 30th wedding anniversary there. Worth every penny for those special moments. Thank you Trinity.
Our good friend’s 60th birthday was celebrated in style. We were well attended and the menu was delicious! Thank you
Not very flexible but food was innovative
Beautiful food and wonderfully presented. On a quiet street near the common. Lovely to be able to sit outside. Great selection of courses to choose from and a stunning wine list.
Only downsides were that the staff, although very attentive, seemed really miserable. We tried to be polite and chatty but they didn’t seem interested at all. Maybe it had been a long day or maybe it was too hot. I didn’t know, it just seemed a shame.
We had an extremely discerning eater (I.e. impossibly fussy) with us who is aged 8 and the restaurant handled him brilliantly. We were very impressed!
At our daughter's recommendation, we celebrated our 48th wedding anniversary here. Good Choice.
We are regulars here- this is our local restaurant, the best restaurant in our neighborhood by a long shot!
Another fantastic visit to celebrate a birthday. Everything was delicious and the staff wonderful as ever!
Very nice dinner experience. Excellent service, and well thought out dishes.
First class service, which was very friendly and efficient. The food was expertly presented and well prepared by the kitchen. The wine list is extensive, with an emphasis on French wines. The lunch menu is excellent value and it was very pleasant to be able to sit outside.
Very disappointing for a Michelin star. Food was ok, nothing outstanding. Place was nosiy due to open kitchen. Ambience was nothing special. And price was a joke for what we got.
Great food, service, wine list. Outdoor seating. Amazing Tart Tatin for dessert.
It was the first time I have been given a bag of compost from a restaurant !
Superb evening, a warm welcome, a birthday card for my partner, really felt that the restaurant had pulled out all the stops. One minor flaw, we felt, with the Angus tartare, was that the soy-sauce overcame the flavour of the beef; but everything else, including the wine, was great!
Excellent food. Great discrete service. Nice to see open kitchen - which was full of cooks.
Owner and Head chef kindly came over for a word at the end of the meal.
Expensive, but then again it's fine dining so it's actually good value at that level.
Everything was Very professional . I'm sure it must have a Michelin star.
I can't imagine anyone ever complaining about anything !
Once again another fantastic meal at Trinity. We went for my fathers 80th birthday and it was great. The small little things make all the difference, from the signed birthday card from the staff, to the attentive service and of course the impeccable food! A wonderful afternoon and for sure we will be back. Thanks to all at Trinity for making it a special afternoon. Thanks Chris
Every time we go we love it
Really welcoming staff, a good set up and great food. We were very happy.
From the moment you enter the restaurant until you leave, the superb service enhances the excellent food. We will be looking for every opportunity to return to Trinity.
Lovely experience and great food - will be coming back!
Amazing restaurant in the centre of Clapham Common! Highly recommended!
Absolutely fantastic birthday meal. Food was excellent, but what made this evening extra special was the faultless service. We arrived to a Birthday card for my husband on our table that had been signed by all the staff - such a lovely, thoughtful touch. The four course menu was interesting and delicious. Would definitely recommend and will be hopefully returning soon! Perfection!
Great food, beautifully presented. Excellent service. We'll definitely go back.
In sum, good food, amazing service, lovely atmosphere and good value for a course meal at such quality.
Michelin starred, I think we got too excited pre-meal, but we came out slightly disappointed.
Trinity served those modern style dishes using lots of fancy new techniques but has no character of itself and no different from any other restaurants doing similar things. Many dishes combined variety of ingredients but it is questionable whether some ingredients served any purpose.
Home made chacuterie, bread and the wine selection was lovely.
If you have the full 4 course with gigantic tarte tatin to finish, it does fill you up.
Lovely atmosphere, not too uptight for fine dining.
An excellent dinner. Good atmosphere. Good wines. Not cheap, but we didn't expect it to be.
The restaurant setting is amazing, you forget for a bit that you’re in London.
The staff is absolutely polite and trained as you would imagine a one michelin star restaurant should have.
The food is super tasty and very instagrammable.
We paid a lot less than what we expected for what the quality of the meal was.
Second visit to Trinity and it didn't disappoint. The food, service and atmosphere was exceptional. All the small touches (complimentary amuse bouche and post dinner petit fours) make the occasion feel special.
The menu was bang on for the season and there are some fantastic affordable wine options as well as those that come in at the top end of the spectrum. The staff were fantastic and the whole evening was fantastic.
Its been awhile since we dined out due to the arrival of our magical little one. And what better place to dive back into foody haven after a long hiatus, this time with the little one in tow and Trinity was out first port of call. Trinity was perfect for the 3 of us - ambience was relaxed, the workers there were more than amazing and accommodating, food was magnificent, service is second to none and what a lovely area. summer dining should be great as they have tables on the terrace. Thoroughly recommend this place.
CANNOT wait to go again. Everything was exquisitely interesting.
What an amazing experience, every thing about Trinity was exceptional. From the outstanding service to the exquisite food. A very special place
Our meal at Trinity was amazing, great serving great food.
Excellent time a Trinity! Excellent fresh food, service, atmosphere wine and food choice on the menu. Good choice for both sea, game and meat lovers
A really lovely restaurant I have been dining at, once a year at least, for the past 15 years or so. Attentive service, really nice food prepared with love and respect for the ingredients. It's a kind of place where you feel good about yourself dining - it's not too expensive by inflated London standards, certainly not for the quality you are getting! - where you can just sit down, eat lovely food, enjoy your conversation with your friends without being made to feel rushed, in any way, by the staff. Yes, there are tiny mistakes here and there which, for an average diner, would go unnoticed but nothing of the sort that wouldn’t want you to come back the very next day. If you are contemplating a booking at Trinity, contemplate no further - just go and enjoy your life. One word of advice - do seek your waiter's opinion on the menu: Trinity trains its staff very well and the waiters really do know what they are talking about. If you are lucky enough to be in a position to have a leisurely 4 1/2 hour lunch mid-week, sharing a meal with a dear friend, do yourself a favour and book a table at Trinity.
Fabulous food and friendly, down to earth staff. Would highly recommend to all.
Nicely laid out, relaxing and friendly atmosphere, excellent service and fantastic food.
A delightful spot in Clapham Old Town. Service is attentive and the ambience is great.
The portions were just right and the food fascinating and subtle in flavour.
Very knowledgeable staff ... and most served us at some point illustrating their competence. Good wine choices. A great evening.
My wife and I have gone to trinity a number of times since it opened and we think the food this last time was the best yet.
