An alfresco dining area accommodates 16 guests, the dining room seating 50 guests that now have a clear view into an open plan kitchen with banquette seating surrounded by the soft hues of jade green and dusty heather pink.
Staying true to his style of cookery, the new menu will focus on Adam’s interpretation of great classics in a relaxed and approachable setting.
The kitchen presents a four course a la Carte menu of for a set price of £70. The wine list continues to offer great value with the Chef's Cellar List (just add VAT and corkage), increasing both our quantity and quality and a overall extension to the main wine list of up to 400 bins now on display in the feature wine cellar on the ground floor.
Our lunch was delicious, peaceful with efficient, friendly and attentive service. As we were there on a weekday, the atmosphere was quiet and we relocated to the terrasse where we had a lovely view, shielded from the sun by the awning. My turbot was perfectly cooked with its beautiful shellfish nage, following a very flavourful courgette flower stuffed with scallops. My daughters loved their choices and what I tasted was excellent.
Every time we’ve eaten here we have been well looked after by the attentive staff, have had delicious food and a good spot to sit.
This time celebrating our wedding anniversary with friends who were doing the same. Four delicious courses especially the courgette flower stuffed with scallops on crab. DELICIOUS!
Our sommelier offered great advice too and didn’t try to up sell our choice as many seem to do.
As usual with Trinity everything was just right. A warm welcome on arrival, perfect service all through the meal, and excellent food. Pre order the tart tatin!!
Great food, impeccable service and overall the set menu is value for money. Great location, too.
However, No baby changing facilities . I understand that this is not the typical place where you will bring kids everyday but still from time to time and on a special occasion you may bring your little one with you and not finding the mat in the bathroom was quite disappointing.
Excellent as always. Fav London restaurant , will be back :)
So glad we went to Trinity for a birthday meal. Everything was perfect - from the food, to the service, to the ambience. We sat outside in the terrace which was lovely on a summers evening. 3 courses £60 and worth every penny - food was delicious. Will definitely go back
As always Trinity delivers not just best in class food but a genuine, attentive and knowledgable service.
Everything excellent. Definitely come back. Lovely lunch and great service.
Amazing. My favourite..
Phenomenal restaurant. Fantastic service - wait staff are very personable and work hard to get to know you.
Food is amazing (presentation & more importantly taste). Portions are not massive, but you won’t leave feeling hungry after four courses.
We didn’t fancy a bottle of wine, so stuck to cocktails- which were well made. My only niggle is that the cocktail menu is very vanilla with a list of the all the usual suspects. Needs someone to review and upgrade their cocktail menu.
Would thoroughly recommend to anyone!
Outstanding food. Inventive recipes. A superb wine list. Whilst the service was efficient enough it was clear that no one was setting the standard and at times the comments of staff were just a little too intrusive and misjudged.
Special thanks to Ashley for making my Dad feel so welcome for his birthday and for his extremely thorough knowledge of the menu!
Amazing food - the dishes sound so simple on the menu but taste utterly delicious!
Great decor and location too.
Can’t wait to go to back!
We celebrated university graduation at Trinity and we couldn't have chosen a better place. From the moment we stepped in we were taken care of, the restaurant looks simple and lovely, we could see that the main focus there is what's on the table and, of course, it was all delicious. I would definitely come back and recommend this place, big thanks for the team for such an enjoyable evening.
Just simply top class. Adam Byatt and his team consistently deliver food that both surprises and delights
Great service and ambiance. Fab food.
What’s not to like?
We spent an afternoon at Trinity on father’s day with our two young children. The food was amazing, the service was great.
I was surprised there were no baby changing facilities but otherwise we had a wonderful time
We had a fantastic evening at Trinity. It was the first time I have been and the service was friendly, discrete and fantastic, the food was excellent and the 'extras' really made you feel like you were being cared for. Very reasonably priced drinks just added to the lack of 'rip off factor' that you feel in some other, otherwise good restaurants. I will definitely be going again.
The food was great and service very good. The servers explained anything that wasn't clear. Dessert was the best
The waiters went out of their way to ensure that we had an exceptional experience. The recommendations for food and wine were excellent. The meal was possibly the best I've had outside of central London. Would highly recommend.
We enjoyed a fantastic lunch here, with beautifully presented, delicious food served by a super efficient, super friendly team creating a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The mackerel starter, the quail and the salted caramel tart were real standout dishes. Can't recommend highly enough.
Best meal we’ve ever had - amazed only one star so far!
The overall quality of Trinity is right up there with any top London restaurant. The quality of food is outstanding and wine choices brilliant. As ever the service was totally professional but very personal, knowledgeable and friendly. We are so lucky to have such a fantastic place on our doorsteps in Clapham.
Thank you again for a fabulous lunch.
Enjoyed a flawless meal for my girlfriend's birthday. The food was exceptional and the service was incredibly warm. The room was lovely as well. Would highly recommend for a special occasion.
Trinity provided the perfect celebratory Sunday lunch and was exactly what we had been anticipating: excellent service and atmosphere and of course a superb meal. Thank you
Had a lovely evening, this is the eighth year we’ve come here to celebrate this birthday! Food outstanding, service very knowledgeable and almost impeccable, lovely evening.
My only suggestion is that on hot summer evenings the staff should be able to wear smart casual outfits- they were all encased in suits which looked deeply uncomfortable!
The staff were informed and attentive
The food was excellent and good wine recommendations
Good looking restaurant
Second time in six weeks haven't been disappointed
Quite possibly the best lunch I’ve had South of the River.
Again a lovely time spent at the Trinity, this time for Sunday lunch. The service is professional and friendly. The food was beautiful and it is a joy to go to the Trinity
Very disappointing. I'd had high hopes for this restaurant - especially as I'd chosen it to celebrate a family birthday.
We ordered both red and white wine as we had ordered both meat and fish dishes. However the restaurant struggled to know which wine we would want with each course, and eg took away a white wine glass just before the fish course.
First, they took our wine order - then took our food order 20 minutes later. 30 minutes in total between sitting down and ordering our food.
Artichoke starter was unpleasant: it just tasted or vinegar.
The "rum" baba did not taste of rum in the slightest. The menu mentioned paying £5 extra from some rum - but I assumed this was for a drink, as every rum baba I have had (including many in France) have been boozy and contained a good quantity of rum. When I mentioned this to the waiter, he was defensive and claimed it had been cooked in rum. In my opinion, that is a poor excuse.
As always, truly amazing food and service. Definitely deserving of its Michelin star, should be considered for two. The tarte tatin is a must - find room to eat it!
Excellent restaurant. All of the food was superb. Great service. All the staff were lovely. Not too formal or stuffy.
Nice atmosphere. I would recommend and I would go again.
For my second visit to Trinity after a long while I was very pleased to see that the standard of service was just as excellent as my first time. The food was superb with a an excellent menu and nibbles between courses. The price has certainly gone up and therefore the value is not there anymore sadly. However, all in all a highly consistent top drawer dinner. Will return but only for special occasion due to the price now.
Beautiful food, very seasonal. Loved the spring salad, and the mackerel. The service was right up our street: friendly and interesting conversations
The food is always amazing. As an involuntary vegetarian, I so didn’t feel like I was missing out at all.... the attention to detail for those with ‘needs’ never makes me feel second rate and it’s what keeps me coming back!!
Fantastic food and service
Lovely setting, tasty food and relaxed atmosphere. Couple of minor points; toilets need a re-paint and freshen up and one of the main courses (the Strozzapreti) was underwhelming. Everything else was knock-out! Will definitely be going back.
Excellent food and staff. Have now been twice and will look forward to another visit.
Absolutely excellent - as always! Food is delicious and service is impeccable, while also being friendly. We celebrated my husband's birthday (2nd year in a row) and were greeted by a lovely card signed by the staff (who had remembered it was his birthday completely unprompted).
The food was exceptional and service brilliant. Wonderful evening!
