Too many complex taste dishes in all the dishes
We don’t need sardine ravioli
Sometimes less is better
Excellent food, superb service. Truly an experience.
The food was delicious and innovative, beautifully presented. The restaurant is a calm, elegant oasis and perfect for lunch, dinner with friends
Wonderful evening. Superb service from the greeting throughout the whole experience. Complex flavours beautifully presented in their four course dinner.
Couldn’t fault anything from the excellent sourdough bread to their signature tarte tatin. Would highly recommend.
The food at our lunch was superb as usual, very tasty and very well presented. Some real surprises on the menu like pig's trotter on the day we went. The staff are very knowledgeable about the food and the wine. An absolute delight!
I went with a very longstanding friend. We had good conversation and delicious food which was just what we wanted. Thank you!
The best restaurant in South London. Can not recommend it enough.
Fantastic dinner, delicious food and a great team delivering it. Their bread is sublime and their food keeps impressing.
My recent lunch at Trinity was most enjoyable. The food was excellent and exquisitely presented. The service was attentive without being obtrusive and the attention to small details made it a very special occasion (it was my friend's birthday). It isn't cheap to eat here but it is good value for money for this level of dining experience. I will most definitely be back.
Really enjoyed coming back here again after not being for some time. Food and wine isn’t are excellent as ever.
This is the third time I’ve visited Trinity, the food got more and more salty. It was so nice the first time, but for somehow the standard not kept for the second and third time when I brought friends and family back.
I celebrated my birthday at Trinity and it was divine! The food was delicious, as is to be expected, but the attentiveness and overall attention to detail on behalf of the staff was phenomenal.
Loved our dinner experience and can’t wait to come back... fantastic spot on service... creative spin on classic dishes, delicious and memorable. My partner is a chef and he never ever returns to restaurants, he definitely asked me to reserve at Trinity soon again:)
Spectacular, imaginative dishes served in a stylish space by a well-led team of competent staff. We’ll be back.
Such an institution and has maintained its high standards and neighbourhood feel for a long time now. Perfect restaurant.
Very friendly staff, amazing food, great value. We went there for lunch and don’t regret our choice.
Fantastic service with the food to match. We had such a lovely evening celebrating our anniversary!
It's an experience I won't forget. The food, people, wine and general simplicity of Trinity was perfect. The food was just a mouthwatering joy and the staff were beautiful and, attentive but not OTT.
Give them a Michelin star already!!!!
Almost felt too full with the 4 course menu, preferred it when it was 3 courses!
Amazing food one of the best meals I have ever had even the bread roll was an experience in itself.
It was good value as well . The wine was expensive but you get what you pay for .
Cant wait to go back .
I have visited Trinity over a number of years but on this occasion we were all disappointed and it did not match previous experiences. The service was extremely slow, they took too long to take our order and dishes were very slow to come, the Maitre D’ apologised for the delay. When the food arrived the first two courses were very salty. We did inform the staff, who said they would let the kitchen know. The portion of vegetables which was served for the table was sparse. We also found the price for the four course set menu, which is the only option, and the wines available extremely expensive when compared with similar standard restaurants and there were supplements on several of the dishes which limited the choice if you did not want to pay more.
Excellent evening - first class, friendly and knowledgeable service, fantastic food.
This was well worth the visit. The food was wonderful and the four of us did run the gamut of the options in each of the four courses. I must give a shout out for the sardine raviolo and the soused mackerel with white gazpacho. The lamb was superb and the hare totally fantastic. Servings are small enough to cope with four of them but by the end we were all stuffed - although we found room for some petit fours. Our guests had been before and chose the same dessert - a definite recommendation - salted caramel custard. We went early on a weekday and were able to converse. Our table allowed us sight of the kitchen so we could observe the workings of the magicians.
As always, the food was excellent but my only criticism is that some food was a touch too salty. The service could have been a little more on point given expectations but nevertheless still very good, its comes down to the minor details.
My husband, two friends and I very much enjoyed our evening. The food was delicious, friendly staff and certainly worth a drive over the river.
Excellent imaginative food that tasted great. Really enjoyed the experience and will go back.
Brilliant service, really outstanding
We came here for a special occasion for a midweek lunch, which is great value at £50 for a four course menu with 4-5 choices for each course. Each course was superb and the service was excellent. Particular highlights were the hors d'ouevres, the crispy trotters, the lamb and caramel custard tart. Looking forward to going again.
Wonderful meal. We both asked for the vegan menu and it was fine dining at its best! Just ask for it ahead of the time.
This place is outstanding. The staff are a delight & the food excellent. Simply one of the best restaurants in London. Go!
Went to Trinity for a belated birthday lunch celebration with an old friend. It was blissfully quiet and we hope other diners weren’t disturbed by our animated chat. The food is beautiful, delicious, well balanced and inventive. The maitre d helped us choose well matched wine to go with each of the 3 courses and we were not hurried. Fab!! Hope to go back before long for another special occasion
I love going to Trinity as I know I'll be in for a real treat. The quality of the overall experience is brilliant. Staff were excellent and the food sublime. I will definitely be going back.
1 star Michelin well-deserved. Food was absolutely delicious and healthy. We will definitely recommend it to friends&family. The service was smooth and staff was fantastic! Thank you again!
This is the perfect spot for a special dinner out or a date night. The service is impeccable and the food totally delectable.
Really good food. Great service and lovely ambiance. The whipped Foie was insane! Great place. Definitely recommend.
Fantastic food, fantastic wine, fantastic people, fantastic setting - couldn't recommend more...
I don't like restaurants where the people serving you are frequently asking you if everything is all right, and whether you are enjoying the food. I think the Trinity chef does very good things. But the servings are small and the prices are now very high. It made a change. The wine was very expensive - a reasonable Chateau half a bottle for £40 - and not really enough choice. I think in every way Trinity is significantly inferior to Chez Bruce. There was an amateurish atmosphere about the waitress and the chap who seemed to be in charge that evening. It was not very full. The bill with very little wine and a non-alcoholic drink to start with and a glass of peach with not much prosecco amounted to over £100 per head for me and my wife - which struck me as shocking! We only had 3 courses and coffee.
Every dish was fanatastic. We had a lovely meal, 3 course lunch menu and look forward to going back.
THte best restaurant south of the river. Hands down.
Such a lovely place, amazing food and exceptional service.
