We were uncertain how to order. Our server was very helpful! Food was very good but should not be so expensive.

My server was fantastic!! Food was spot on as always. Loved it! And five stars to my server. I apologize I don’t remember his name!

Love the place. It is a little too loud, but I enjoy the food.

Pizza was bussin but the waiter forgot my water and it was very loud and we got seated right in front of the entrance.

True Food does not disappoint. Safety protocols were in place and observed. The food was very good!

My third or fourth visit to a True Foods restaurant. This time for lunch on a Saturday. Very good, attentive service. My two guests enjoyed their meals. I had the chicken panini sandwich and it tasted like it had been made in advance - the bread was stiff, tepid and a little cardboard-ish. My kale salad was very nice. The sweet potatoes were also clearly cooked in advance and re-warmed - no crunchy edges, a bit soggy and tepid. I had a house-made ginger ale which was very good. I'll go to this restaurant again - its solid.

The food is excellent However, the servers need to look up and act like a team. We had a hard time getting our server’s attention. We even tried getting other servers’ and a manager’s attention and failed. We watched the table next to us swing her arms high for nearly 2 minutes to get someone’s attention and finally went up to the hostess station and asked for some help. If they could get this part of the service together, it would be excellent. Unfortunately, this taints the experience.

Love True Foods, one of my favorites in the area. Plan to return again and again!

Something is massively wrong with the cook. I have been going to True Food since it opened. My favorite dish is a starter, the charred cauliflower. I have been getting it for years. The past three weeks I have gone to true food 3 times. Each time the cauliflower has been more than poorly prepared. In fact, I am nearly positive the cook is not properly making the sauce. It’s too tanging, and not as silky and well made as normal. It’s tastes like a complete lot different dish. I was so embarrassed when I recommended it to my friend and not only was it again not charred, but the sauce tasted awful and there was only one pistachio on her plate I will be coming back again to re-check it, I sincerely hope it improves.

Service and food were excellent. Best flowerless cake I’ve ever eaten!

This is like the third time I've eaten here in the last two weeks! My friends and I have enjoyed both the indoors or the covered outdoor seating area (with above heat lamps). If only I had room for or had more leisure time, I would almost always order the cookies + ice cream for dessert -- those cacao nibs are the perfect topping to add flavour and texture. No doubt, I'll be back! (And my friends are I ready for the Reston location to open!)

It is too loud. We could not hear each other. Our group did not like the no wait staff model.

Decent food prepared well. Had the grilled salmon on qinuoa. Nothing special. Service was ok. Water glass ran dry numerous times. Will try another local place next time around.

Service was very bad. Waiter took a long time to greet us and had a bad attitude. He told me my burger came with cheese and it didn’t. Made a mistake in our appetizer order and he never came around to check on us throughout our meal. Very bad service all the way around. And restaurant only has four beers to choose from.

Service was good. Food had good flavor but could have been better; for example avocado in dish was not ripe and rather hard. Sweet potatoes were over cooked and dry.

Food came out of the kitchen lukewarm. It was just meh. Not our first trip. This was our latest and most uninspiring visit. So disappointed. We ate inside and service was attentive but not overbearing.

Our experience was just OK. The host was good. Efficient and friendly. Our waitress seemed to really want us to use the app instead of relying on her for ordering etc. Had to ask for everything. She did not check on us at all.
The food was OK. Loved the crust on the pizza and the butternut squash soup was good.

I had a great experience at True Food! Our waiter was fantastic and our food came out fresh as anything. I love how they give you the option of ordering through their website / QR code or ordering directly through your waiter. Either option is so easy and COVID-friendly!

Great service. We were late for our reservation and they were still able to sit us. The server was knowledgeable about the menu and the food was yummy! Good for people with all sort food restrictions (vegans, etc.) I will go back and take new friends.

Excellent food and drink with great flavors. Many vegan and GF options as well as meat options. Great service. It is a little loud and hard to hear in there but the food is worth it. We are excited for this restaurant to come to Reston!

We love the True Food menu although it is a bit pricey. The service was professional, prompt and attentive. The manager stopped by to check in on us and corralled our drink order. The dining room is usually quite noisy, I wish it was a bit more cozy and less like a cafeteria.

LOVE True Food. Healthy food that’s delicious and affordable.

We enjoyed our meal — we were stuffed for the rest of the day! Our server was very attentive, and I always appreciate such detail in relation to my food allergy specifically. (And talking to my sister, I found out there is a True Food in Nashville — will have to go next time I’m there!)

It was a little cold due the draft from the door - most diners kept coats on.
However, our overall experience was wonderful.

The hostess worked hard to find us a warmer table indoors.

Also, our waitress, Marianna (spell?) was fabulous. She was professional, friendly, polite, and attentive.

Of course the food is great - we love the healthy approach to the menu. We will keep returning.
