   Lovely pre theatre meal. A little busy so make sure to leave enough time as the service was slow but the staff were very friendly.

   Celebrated our wedding anniversary at Tuttons. Atmosphere is really nice and food excellent quality. Over all a great experience and glad we booked in advance as Saturdays in Covent Garden are always busy.

   We had the pre-theatre menu. Very good value for money & we really enjoyed the food. Alex our waiter was very helpful & attentive. We would definitely go there again.

   A pleasant enough meal but would not recommend. I had to ask for the pre-theatre menu - it was not offered. Service was slow and one waiter spilt a glass of red wine over me. Now while accidents do happen ( and luckily I was wearing black ), there was no offer of a free drink or a discount. I then attended the theatre smelling of Merlot! Not what I would have expected of a well known restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden. It is because of this poor customer service I won’t go back and won’t recommend the restaurant to friends or family.

    Hadn't booking when we arrived. Said office shut so didn't forward new bookings Got table. Full Breakfast very average plate was mostly beans. Pancake portion was tiny. Wouldn't go again. Good service and nice table looking out over market

    By far the worst dining experience I have had in a long long time. Seating for our group had been split across two tables not next to each other. 1.5 hours after ordering and drinks yet to arrive. Bottle of Prosecco brought to the table for us to open. Had to get our own glasses from bar after waitress went MIA. When drinks did eventually come waiter spilt over my daughter. Kids food brought after adults starters (we’d asked for it several times by this stage). They did discount bill by 50% but just a terrible terrible experience. Avoid at all costs

    Service is not very good and slow. Plates are not removed when you finished eating. Food was ok but not delicious. Both my wife and I had slight tummy upset later that evening. I went there before, 3 years ago and it was fantastic but it is not any more. I will not be going back.

    Tuttons is very well located in Covent Garden close to many theatres. Very relaxed atmosphere with excellent service. My wife and I had a lovely meal and will definitely book again when we’re next in London.

    A comfortable restaurant with red "leather" seating which reminded me of a 1950s American diner but much smarter. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and the food was good. I had a very tasty chicken supreme from the a la carte menu for the main course and some of the others had the set menu which they enjoyed.

    Can't comment on value or food as actually did not get to eat at Tuttons because after waiting to be seated, and finally someone came to take our order, we waited over an hour for our meal. Our waitress didn't know what she was serving us and the manager tried to rectify the situation but by that time our evening was spoilt. We left, not to return.

    Great ambience, warm, welcoming and well decorated. Food was just ok but that was due to my uninspiring choice of fish & chips. The only real setback was the fact that the staff apparently don’t receive the service charge and expect customers to stump up more for their tip. I loathe the idea (if true) that restaurant owners effectively charge an additional amount whilst their staff have to rely on further customer generosity. My advice, if this is the case is to ask the restaurant to remove the service charge from the bill and pay a cash tip to the service staff.

    Welcomed at the front door with a smile and willingness to promote a good eating experience. The staff were very attentive and friendly, offering advice where required. The food was fantastic, well prepared and presented, hot and within reasonable time. We were never rushed or bombarded with, “Is everything ok?” We left with the feeling that we would return on our next visit to London and we shall.

    It’s a great restaurant to meet up with people, they were very relaxed & allowed us to take our time to order, it was busy enough for a bit of ambiance but not so loud you can’t easily talk. Food was all good, again a good menu to suit all tastes and would certainly recommend.

    Had a great Saturday lunch, wasn't rushed, service was great and the food was lovely, with the exception of the main course fish cake which lacked in taste, hence the 4 stars. Moved into fav places to lunch and will definitely return

    We managed to get a window seat and enjoyed a lovely view over Covent Gdn. I had one of the best shepherd's pies that I have tasted, served by a helpful, smiling waiter. Great night all round.

    From the good evening and welcome on entry to the enjoy the rest of your evening on departing, it was good service and food all the way. So happy to recommend and would go again, when in the area. Our only gripe would be they could not exchange one style of chips for another, although both types appeared on the menu, but only to be served with specific dishes. Small thing but seemed daft

    The service was okay, was very busy on a Monday night. Table spacing was very close together which I found rather too cosy for comfort especially in Covid times. The steak was really good cooked to perfection for me but did find charging £2.5 for peppercorn sauce but too much. My partner had the fish & chips and he was unfortunately very disappointed especially price paid for it.
