Recommended by a colleague. Not disappointed. Excellent in every way. Will definite be going again.
Great space, amazing dishes though the service is a little too 'hotel like' (overly eager on the ordering and glass filling side) Highly recommend though telling staff to relax.
Just enjoyed food and atmosphere. Fantastic! It was a farewell lunch and everyone were delighted.
Food was amazing! Great mix of modern and tradition flavours. Will absolutely come again.
Pleased to be informed of kitchen closing time when table booked for 1400.
Delicious innovative food a pleasure to return.
Great food in a casual environment- not the greatest service but worked out in the end :)
I will return and will recommend to friends, but only if I could be assured that I will not get seated at one of the worst tables in the restaurant. We were tucked so close to the bar on one side and other diners on the other that we could barely move. On a positive note, we were told we needed to be out of our table in 2 hours, and we stayed for as long as we wanted, but the restaurant was not full, thus the allowance . Our waiter was charming and the food was incredibly delicious. Try the cabbage and the cauliflower sides - they were the tastiest preparations of both vegetables I have ever tasted. Grilled pepper starter , scallops, and tuna tartare all delicious. The beet salad was just OK.
Gret food, good service very cool vibe as always!😊
I would like to say the food was good ( not striking ), staff are pleasant but I felt like I was being to force more than what I wanted to eat and I wanted to see how I felt after ordering some dishes but I was told that they want us to order in one go .... not my usual tapas restaurant ...
I can't recommend Twist enough the food is brilliant. I have been here a few times now and it never disappoints - every dish is so well crafted with wonderful flavours and superb ingredients. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and the sharing style food creates a brilliant talking point and immense shared enjoyment.
I've been to Twist before. I was not disappointed with the originality of cooking. Very interesting food and tasty food. However I did leave hungry even after sharing 5 plates and a side dish. The prices appear to have gone up and the serving sizes gotten smaller from the last year that I was there.
Thoroughly enjoyable meal which capped off a great trip to the capital. Twist offers a real dining experience and considering its location and the quality of food on offer its also pretty good value for money indeed!
The service was great, starting as soon as you came through the door, the hostess was very friendly and explained the way that the meals will be brought one at a time in order to provide a really special dining experience. The menu is relatively small but that means that what comes out from the kitchen is exceptional.
Don’t go if you are in a hurry as we had to ask more than a couple of times when dishes/puddings/coffee was coming - the staff were charming although not apologetic about the delays between dishes ostensibly for eating around the same time. The food was extremely tasty though and a friendly ambiance about the place.
Service nd food always top notch becoming my favourite restaurant in London
A lovely restaurant with great food and very good service
we had a fab lunch for 6 with perfect food and wine
A twist on tapas..resonates well with the name of the restaurant. The food was fantastic!
Gorgeous food from start to finish, bright vibrant flavours !
The food was very good and very nicely presented - good atmosphere and very attentive service. The restaurant was full and had a good 'vibe' but was not noisy.
One of the best places in LDN!
exceptional food & service an absolute delight and would encourage anyone to experience the same
The service was very friendly and the venue warm/inviting. Overall the food was very good. We ate a special cut steak which was served with a flaming bunch of sage and lamb chops both of which were delicious. Some of the vegetables i personally found a little lacking in flavour. For example they served us roast potatoes with aioli. But the aioli was not very heavily seasoned and seemed to contain little or no garlic. We ordered a side of charred cabbage which had a raspberry scent added when served at the table. This seemed more about theatre than actual flavour. We also had some craft Spanish beers by the bottle all of which were tasty.
So in summary it’s a pretty expensive place. They have the basics down but I think their vegetables need some stronger more interesting seasonings. I would return there for another meal and the rest of our party thought it would be worth another visit.
The food is superb complemented with great service. Can highly recommend all items on the menu.
Great, imaginative food. Good waiters, good wine list. Unfortunately, arrogant senior host and hostess on multiple occasions.
Incredible food Nd hospitality
We had a lovely evening, with excellent food and service. The signature dishes we ordered were delicious. Unfortunately, one of our party is not a fish, or beetroot, fan so another dish available on the sharing menu would have been appreciated.
Simply delicious, great service and very friendly staff, not many restaurant like Twist specially in central London
Twist is my favourite restaurant is a gem in Central London. Eat here is an experience . The food is delicious and The staff always well prepared, polite and professional.
This time we sat downstairs close the bar counter and was just great, warm and cosy. The atmosphere let you feel like at home.
We had the famous t bone steak and I really believe that the best steak in town. Highly recommended.
Very interested sharing tapas not Spanish, not Italian, not French ether Asian but who cares honestly incredibly delicious and friendly service not a restaurant for EVERYONE!!!!!!
Was nice place to eat
Don’t sit downstairs there is a horrible sewage smell
Food delicious but the waiter tried to encourage us to order about two dishes more than we needed saying otherwise there wouldn’t be enough food. We didn’t give in to the pressure and had plenty.
There is a massive difference in sitting upstairs or downstairs. Upstairs has a wonderful atmosphere. I would recommend this area. Downstairs is a bit run down and does not have an upmarket feel. Reserve and state that you want to sit upstairs. If it is full upstairs, go to another restaurant. The food is creative and delicious. The main Manager is not very friendly and a bit arrogant.
Once again not disappointed!
Great sharing dish, fresh delicious ingredients well presented service top notch welcoming and smiling let that choose for you !! I can’t say it more hope you enjoy as much I enjoyed my self !
Food is really good and very talented chef with team. We love it and will return shortly. Service is really good overall. The only down side : Host kept offering two seats table next to us for other people. However, the table clearly is not that nice which is next to bar, so everyone kept changing to other available tables around. It's not busy at all in the restaurant, so if they don't disturb us, the meal will be excellent.
Great service ,amazing tapas style dishes the only down point is that one dish is better than last very hard to say which one is the best 😂😂really enjoyed my evening and I really can’t wait to go back again
I love this restaurant always amazed by the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the chef are absolutely brilliant
In paring ingredients and creativity always something new always surprising once again delicious and great service
A superb place to share with another foodie. Menu is exciting and vibrant and although the menu appears small the choices are superbly balanced
We saw some interesting pictures of their T bone steak online. Thought we would give it a try. They have a standard price of around £60 for it then show you one that should suit the table. Just make sure you ask for the final price. Ours ended up £80 which seemed a bit steep. The overall food was very tasty but £255 for 4 of us with a couple of glasses of wine (no bottle) seemed steep for this little restaurant. If it was half that you would have me coming back for more and recommend to friends. Unfortunately it was a one off from me. But good luck if you have deep pockets!
Delicious food, bit noisy with ice being ground frequently l, close to our table.
Small portions and quite expensive but tasty food
