Amazing food, service and atmosphere. A bit loud but in a fun way. We had the pecan crusted flounder, shrimp and grits. Best grits and freshest shrimp ever. Salmon and asparagus were also amazing!

Food ok. Not at the level expected for this type of restaurant. Tasted like a chain restaurant. Service ok but waiter forgot to bring a menu back when asked and we waited 30 min for food. Staff seemed overwhelmed and no one said happy anniversary - it was on our reservation. Ok but I would try another high end restaurant.

Great Dinner @ Vics! Since, I need to be gluten free, they accommodated what I wanted for the main meal w/ some substitutions. The service was great, we got seated fairly quickly, that we had a reservation! Definitely the recommend!

I made a reservation over two months in advance and we were seated at the worst table in the restaurant - right by the kitchen door with lots of foot traffic. I asked to be moved to a different table and the hostess refused. So much for Southern hospitality. I won't be back.

Food was good but not as good as I had expected with all of the positive reviews. We had the fried green tomatoes and crab cake appetizers. I would rate the former better than the latter. We shared our entree, which was the pecan crusted flounder. They were kind enough to split the entree in the kitchen, and when they brought our food out it looked like two meals instead of one. The portions are extremely generous. I will give them 5 stars for that.

Had a wonderful experience! I have celiac disease and our server (Brandon) was incredibly knowledgable about my food allergy. Our dinner was fantastic. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Up-scale dining ambiance. Large servings. Great service. Elevator in the coffee shop was great. High prices. Not much flavor. We had a Grouper special and a shrimp dish.

The food an Vic's on the River is outstanding. I had the pecan fried flounder and fried green tomatoes as an appetizer. Both were delicious, seasoned and cooked perfectly.
