Waters was a delight in an unexpected location (resorts world)....
Would recommend to anyone who enjoys class food in a real restaurant.
Lovely food, attentive service. A bit more expensive than the average restaurant but food excellent. Surroundings pleasant and tastefully done. Good place for special occasion.
Great food and excellent value. What more could you ask for.
Excels every time. Food is amazing, with great flavour.
A very relaxing setting
This is my favourite restaurant by far. The Sunday lunch is outstanding. The presentation of the food is always precise and I love the fact every time we go they slightly change something down to different bread with the pate. The soups are amazing. The roast beef is cooked to perfection. I love the sweets but now that’s been the same for a while. So please tantalise is with new creations Mr Waters. Looking forward to going to the restaurant which is located in the Sky Bar. This restaurant is worth the drive for us from Cannock.
Lovely Staff, never rushed, food very visually beauty, and very tasty, would go again (have already been a few times already, really nice what they did for my other halfs birthday earlier in the year). Nice places, only downside, do not have a large bar, drafts limited and shorts, but not the end of the world.
Great place to dinner or to lunch! excellent food and good service!
What a lovely restaurant this is, amazing food & service..
Fantastic as always
Very friendly staff, amazing food! Very reasonably priced.
We went to celebrate our first year anniversary and we’re not disappointed. The restaurant is very elegantly decorated. We were very pleased with the food and service. It was the perfect restaurant for a romantic meal and a great set menu which was great value.
We felt the service was not as good as usual. We had to ask for drinks repeatedly and they didn't always get them right. We will not be returning.
First visit and won't be last! Beautifully attentive service and attention to detail making this a special occasion. Thank you!
Excellent as always.....Andy is up there...he doesn't need to do Saturday Kitchen or other celebrity Chef stuff....his food does the talking....!!..
Delicious food with good service in a surprising location.
Lovely fine dining experience, food and ambience are nice. Service is prompt and welcome. Will try the gourmet menu next time.
Fantastic food served expertly well
Was an excellent meal and delicious dessert. Staff were great, very friendly and attentive. Thoroughly recommend.
Excellent in every way. Great front of house , Impeccable service, well balanced menu with something for most tastes, beautifully presented food, made even better by the quality and flavours.
A comprehensive but sensible wine list and overall moderate prices for a restaurant of this standard. Well done, proper team effort that shone. We will certainly be back.
Excellent meal before a show. The early bird offer is great value. The food is excellent and in a very warm and welcoming environment. A real treat.
Absolutely fantastic please and the food was exceptional. We had a fantastic night which was topped by how superb the staff were.
We will visiting again and more frequently! Thank you for a
Fabulous restaurant. Food very well cooked and presented. Good wine list. Very good staff. Hopefully will return soon.
Myself and two colleagues ate here as our Company was exhibiting at a show at the NEC. We found Waters last year by accident and had a great meal there so booked again for this year. Didn't disappoint as again the food was outstanding. If the mushroom risotto in on the menu, you MUST try this. It is by far the best risotto I have ever tasted. Superb!! . Book with complete confidence - you will not be disappointed
Recommended by a member of staff at Hilton nearby for fine dining. We booked and were not disappointed.
The decor and ambiance was amazing especially in a shopping mall. We were greeted by friendly helpful staff and taken to a lovely table. The menu was excellent with a great variety and overall good value. We chose the two course set menu and the flavours and presentation were wonderful.
No hesitation to recommend and if we come back to NEC we will return.
Let me begin by just say, the food was one of the nicest I've had, but I've had to base the rating on other factors such as price. It was around £30+ each (including service charge) for a Sunday roast + a drink. Whilst that's not very expensive, it was in comparison to other places that offer Sunday roast. Personally, if it was something unique that I haven't had before, I would have given it 5 stars. But because it was just a regular Sunday roast at such price, I couldn't justify giving it 5 stars, even though it was very nice.
Great food and service. Lovely atmosphere. It was very busy for 4pm on a Sunday, testament to its quality.
Friendly , attentive but not overbearing staff completed the package.
Friendly staff and excellent food. Highly recommended
This is a 10 out of 10 restaurant. Excellent value pre concert meal which looked beautiful, tasted wonderful and extremely good value at £22 for 3 courses. The wine we requested was out of stock but an equally good replacement arrived which was actually slightly cheaper. We never had to lift the bottle as, as soon as the glasses needed topping up so the sommelier appeared and did it for us. One of our party had a peanut allergy which I had included in my online booking and without ever reminding the staff they covered all options. I will not hesitate to book again, my only complaint is that they are not located in the city but then again where would we eat before a concert at the Genting. Congratulations to all who looked after our every need when we visited.
Amazing food and wine. Aeevice discreet. Great value menu if you eat before 1830. Special find.
Lovely setting, quick service, excellent food, would go again.
Very good indeed, although service initially seemed protracted but it worked in the end.
Only issue there was a wine on the list we especially would have liked to try , but it was not available. This should be promptly removed or 'struck' from the list , particularly as they said they could not get it anymore! Wine sommelier was great.
Tasting menu and wine was a highlight.
Welcoming staff put us at ease & made us feel comfortable without a fuss. Pace of service was ideal, allowing us to relax & enjoy the excellent food. Top marks from us to the team who provided a complete experience. Thankyou.
Really great place, excellent food ,service and the early menu is a bargain. I’ll be going again soon.
Went to Andy Waters last Friday and had a really good time. The staff are friendly but professional and were happy to store our many bags and coats as we had alot of things after spending the afternoon at Santai Spa. On Friday nights there is a magician that goes from table to table entertaining you whilst you wait for your food and he was absolutely fab! The food was of a high standard and it was a joy to enjoy the fine dining experience
It was bleak. The wind howled and the rain fettered. In the warmth of Resorts World lay Andy Water’s unassuming restaurant.
As I entered I was warmly welcomed by the well presented staff. They kindly offered to take my luggage and see me to my seat. The upmarket, comfortable, clean setting resounded as I was led to my table. As I sat looking at the menu I felt at ease. The dishes were British and the format simple, 2 courses £30 or 3 for £39. I chose the latter; in addition to the 3 courses I was presented with a celeriac soup and amuse bouche of assorted breads. The 3 courses were beautifully presented and served with care by the salt of the earth Birmingham serving staff.
The food was delicious, the pick of which was the dessert. The peanut parfait is arguably the finest dessert I have eaten, textures range from crunch of the biscuit to the crack of the caramelise butter to the to softness smoothness of the caramel. A tour de force dish.
This is fine dining value, delivered attentively. Loved it.
We had a fantastic evening. So many great choices on the menu.
Well worth a visit Fabulous food and excellent service.
Lovely, delicious food, I recommend ordering extra veggies with your meal.
We went to the restaurant for my husbands birthday. We had been wanting to go for ages and it did not disappoint. The food was fantastic. We had the gourmet menu which was priced at £45 per head, it was 5 courses but did not come with any accompliments for the main meal so had to buy them separate which was disappointing but the food was incredible. Every course got better with the absolute better part being dessert. It was beautiful, looking like an aquarium from the outside with edible flowers, macaroon and raspberry flavouring it was spectacular. There was music play8ng in the background and the service was second to none. All in all an excellent experience, expensive but well worth it.
Staff were extremely attentive and professional. No complaints at all. The entertainment was phenomenal, a live musician and a magician (sounds corny but, was executed to a very high standard). Apparently live music and entertainment is only on the last Friday of every month? Would recommend requesting a booth as it felt more private.
