Welcoming restaurant and well located for after NEC visits. Food well prepared although there could have been more of it! Staff very pleasant.
As usual Andy Waters was up to its usual standard and we would give it a Michelin star!
Our 3rd visit to Andy waters we travel from Bolton lancs, great varied menu lovely friendly staff and food tastes fantastic good value for money,we will definitely be back
The outmosphere was ambient, music nicely low
Enjoyed every moment
Food Portions were too small
0n arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome, and seated to our table.
My husband and I had a three course meal, which had so much flavour and was delicious.
Would I recommend and return. Most definitely
Amazing food, would like to try more dishes. I definitely would like to come back again, and would recommend for a special occasion or birthday!
Went for valentines night, my wife doesn't eat red meat and they were very accommodating in giving her something that wasn't on the set menu, everything was excellent!!
Had a lovely early evening set menu for a birthday very tasty food good price lovely ambience and attentive staff
So nice to eat a meal as well presented as it tasted. Excellent service. Enjoyed the complementary amuse bouche too. Will come again and bring family members
I took my wife here for her birthday meal the food was good staff, very very friendly nice and cosy, warm and welcoming surrounding, I would definitely recommend this restaurant our daughter recommended it to us. After a lovely meal to the cinema right next door perfect afternoon. My wife enjoyed her birthday out.
Restaurant was extremely loud with a fair amount of bad language being used. Staff were obviously aware but did nothing
food was lovely service great and the restaurant is a very nice place to eat.
Had a lovely meal, great service, we all said we would go again
The food was good but we were very disappointed with the cheese plate - £11.00 for 4 tiny pieces of cheese and half a dozen crackers, I am so glad we only ordered one. We actually still felt hungry.
Great find and really useful location as a pre event place to eat and far better alternative to the Genting's VIP package (which wasn't bad - but this was far better value and quality).
Food was great and the table magician was an unexpected addition to the evening that definitely added to the occasion.
We decided to go as an early Valentines treat / somewhere to eat whilst waiting for daughter attended a concert at the Genting and it was too far to go back home and back again to pick up her up afterwards.
Food was lovely - really top quality / Michelin * quality and nothing was too much trouble; even when my lamb wasn't quite pink enough they didn't even hesitate or question and took both mine and my partners away and re-cooked so we could both eat at the same time.
Would thoroughly recommend this place as somewhere to eat and definitely worth the travel in and a return visit soon.
I eat here every time I visit the NEC, a fantastic venue with outstanding service and food.
Good service, starter lovely but too small. I had steak which was lovely,my colegue had venison and portion was small next table got one more piece of venison. Chips horrible and onion rings stodgy and fatty. Good wine and lovely bread. We will return, but please change chips and cook onion rings better.
Beautiful food and the waiters & waitress could not have been more attentive.
This was our first visit to this restaurant but we visit the NEC often for various events and we will certainly be returning again in the future.
We Could not fault the super friendly and helpful staff from the moment we stepped into the restaurant to when we left. If you want a real treat you won’t be disappointed with the quality and presentation of the food it was really 5*. Just one point to moan about 🤨 I thought the wine was a bit over priced.
Dined on Sunday evening. So disappointed only serving Sunday lunch menu. Main course awful, carrots hard, cauliflower cheese, tasted like a ready meal from a supermarket.
Would have been helpful if restaurant stated on their website that this was the only menu available on a Sunday evening.
Second time dining here, how this restaurant has gone down hill.
Have to commend the staff on excellent service,
