Yauatcha City is an all-day dim sum teahouse, where friends and family gather to catch up over a wide selection of dim sum, wok dishes, tea and cocktails. To complement the cuisine, the drinks menu comprises nearly 40 types of tea, as well as cocktails inspired by Chinese ingredients and a broad wine and Champagne list.
Yauatcha’s first standalone patisserie, Yauatcha Patisserie, is located just below the restaurant, where Chinese heritage and modern European cooking techniques have inspired the pastry team to create a range of unique macarons, petits gateaux and chocolates.

Excelllent service and delicious food . Waiter was very helpful sith the menu.
The staff are lovely and the food is always wonderful. Shame about the acoustics, so bloody loud in the restaurant you can only just about talk to the person opposite you.
Great restaurant, lovely atmosphere and food is incredible
I have been here several times. On this occasion it fell a little short as the main course was brought out too early whilst our starters will still arriving so our main course got cold
Having dined here on a number of occasions and having had a fantastic tim, I was shocked by the service we received. I booked a table for 8pm to have a well earnt catch up with my brother. We arrived on time and were shown to our seats. It then took 25 minutes for us to even be asked what drinks we would like. I complained to the front of the house and the manager came over to apologise. The gentleman who served up with pompous and very arrogant- not friendly at all. The starter came which was delicious. We finished this and then waited another 30 minutes for our mains, at which point we complained again. We were told the food would be coming imminently. When the food arrived it was cold. This was now the 3rd time we had complained to management. I told him we would just skip the mains and go elsewhere, he wanted us to give him another chance so insisted the food come out. The second attempt was better. It was such a shame as I wanted this meal to be stressfree and because we had wasted so much time waiting and complaining we weren't able to go for the planned drinks after the meal. The manager was very accommodating and took money off our bill, I cannot fault his attitude but that evening service was very poor and I will not be returning again.
Yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy yummm yum yummy yummiest yummers yum yummmmyyyy yum yumers yummmm
Wonderful food and drink selection - we let the waiter choose everything for us and he got it all spot on.
Great food and not super expensive! Has a wide selection of dishes including dim sum dishes. Good service.
The Saturday supreme set menu was superb, with their signature dish and cocktails. Food came in decent portion for a good price. Highly recommended.
Great quality of food and atmosphere
Great place for a business meal - great service and delicious dumplings- venison puff is a must-have! Great set menu as well.
This place is fine. But the quality of food doesn’t really match up to the price tag. Not a match on soho branch
Absolutely amazing meal - excellent quality food in abundance. Thoroughly enjoyed the ambience. Will definitely return soon.
65 Festive Menu was overall a terrible menu with a value at most worth £35-40. We were 6 people who had to share tiny portions from tiny dishes. The starters and desserts were very good. But what was served in between was terrible. The clay pot chicken had no taste, terrible short rib beef, tasteless jasmine rice with an equally bad pak choi dish, prawns thrown into butter masquerading as a “sauce”. There’s much better food available at this price point and it’s sad to see how far this great restaurant has fallen. However this menu is just fleecing diners in the run up to Xmas. At £65 per person with no drinks plus 13% service adds up to one of the worst £75 I’ve ever spent.
The supreme Saturday was such a good deal. Went with my bf for my birthday and everything from the service to the food was incredible. Would 100% go back. Yes it’s pricey but we were both full to the brim by the time we left. Definitely recommend doing a deal so you can get to try different foods. Don’t often treat ourselves but since it was my birthday, it was definitely worth it! Overall good experience.
All for all it was a good time though service can be lacking at times. Great value for the supreme Saturdays.
It was very nice - A very well priced and thought out menu
We have been at Yauatcha many times before but only for lunch. This was our first dinner experience and our last visit to Yauatcha. Our table was just next to the door which leads to the terrace. The door was constantly open and we spent dinner in a permanent draft. Service was incredibly bad. Nice waiter but completely stressed and no attention for the table. Food still ok but not worth to go given the prices.
Great food and vibrant atmosphere. We had the festive set menu which was very good if a little pricy. The menu is a little tricky to understand if you are choosing separate courses. Great location by the station after a day out in London. Would definitely visit again.
Amazing food, and great service. Atmosphere was lovely too but a bit noisy with chatter - tables are really close together and pack you in.
Very disappointed with service. They took awhile to take orders and did not informed us that it was a two-hour turnaround! They rushed us through our meal with two waiting staff coming up at intervals saying another boloibg was due!
Had I know I would not have bothered to order food and went elsewhere to eat !
Will not be coming back, the food was not one that I would overlook the poor service !
Absolutely exceptional service by a very helpful waiter
Amazing venue to celebrate any special occasion with fantastic service and food. Would highly recommend.
Bad service. Waitors/waitresses are not helpful. Someone splashed water on the desk and just left without any action.
Excellent food but service was terrible sadly. Had to ask for beers at the beginning 4 times and wine had to keep asking to have glass refilled.
Was only my 2nd visit - first time everything including service was incredible. Sadly service let this visit down but food fantastic again.
Yauatcha is always a great place to spend a Sunday with friends or family over they Supreme Saturdays menu. Great food, excellent wine and cocktails, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Just perfect!
Lovely setting in Broadwater Circle with every table having an outside view. Staff were courteous and friendly. Menu was extensive with both traditional and dishes with a modern twist. Starter of truffle Shanghai dumplings were exquisite with a light dipping sauce. Pork and preserved egg congee was very smooth and I liked it with a sprinkle of white pepper. The mains of tea soaked ribs (very sweet) and vegetables were OK. For a place known for its oriental flavoured desserts, my hazelnut pastry tasted stale but the yuzu ice-cream was refreshing and made up for it. Another ice-cream flavour was apple (nice and sharp).
Be there for several times. Really love the dim sum.
The atmosphere was great, as were the wait staff. Got the Peking Duck (quarter) and it was enough for two people. Got one plate of the vermicelli which again, was enough for two people. Great value for money.
Wasn’t a fan of the vermicelli, not because it wasn’t cooked well, I just experimented and it wasn’t to my liking. The duck was great.
it was excellent food and a great experience and would definitely recommend it for a lunch
Nice restaurant with creative food although the interior is somewhat worn and has a slight feeling of a fast food restaurant and the noise level on a Saturday night, still early in the evening, was a bit over the top. In hindsight I wished we would have selected the tasting menu since the dim sum in the end easily ends up being more expensive but with less food and quite pricey considering the standard of the restaurant there are plenty of better options in the same price range which offers as delicious or better food in a much nicer venue.
After having a very satisfying meal in Yauatcha Soho, we decided to try the City branch. We went for the Supreme Saturdays deal. The food was great, especially venison puff and roasted duck puff. Great lively atmosphere. Could not fault a single thing.
The restaurant is light and airy compared to its sister restaurant in Soho. The food is, without doubt, on of the best in London.
Lovely food good service nice bar beforehand and great bar staff
Food was good but was not one of the better experience. Siulongbao had a thicker top than ususal. The steam dimsums were like warm, especially the cheongfun.
We expected the price, but the service was lacking. Had to ask for water top-up repeatedly. Had to request small spoons which should come as standard when you order siulongbao
Fantastic food in a great setting in Broadgate Circle.
Too loud; not the best service at all. Same experience as last.
Food is perfect
Place too noisy
Wonderful dim sum menu for a Sunday brunch.
