Yauatcha City is an all-day dim sum teahouse, where friends and family gather to catch up over a wide selection of dim sum, wok dishes, tea and cocktails. To complement the cuisine, the drinks menu comprises nearly 40 types of tea, as well as cocktails inspired by Chinese ingredients and a broad wine and Champagne list.
Yauatcha’s first standalone patisserie, Yauatcha Patisserie, is located just below the restaurant, where Chinese heritage and modern European cooking techniques have inspired the pastry team to create a range of unique macarons, petits gateaux and chocolates.

Absolutely fabulous. We live Yauatcha but bringing friends here visiting London was a dream come true for them. Service was impeccable and the food was BELLISIMA! Got a mix of a la carte items. Unlike other places, the seafood was tip-top. Sake was great too. We will always be back but had to share a 5* review.
The dim sums are lovely. The experience of the main dished were mixed. the rib-eye beef was very tender and nice but the sweat sour pork was not typical Chinese (just came back from China) and much to sweat. We had to asked 2 times to get tap water and then only got a small glass and had difficulties to get any refill. overall, nice but not sure is was worth the price.
Great food and service. Didn’t really enjoy the cocktails.
Good fusion of dimsum. Good ambience. Quick service and food came really quickly as well. Gets really crowded even on week days, advise to book. Will be better to go as a party of 4 or more to try more food at better price. Dimsum comes in plates of 3-4.
Friendly bar staff made excellent pre-dinner cocktails. Dim sum taster menu gave a good selection at pretty good value. Desserts too sweet for my taste but were the kind of thing Greg Wallace would salivate over.
One of my favourite restaurants, set menu is truly fantastic with attention to detail and an amazing selection of dim sums. Desserts are fine dining quality. Service a little slow but gorgeous interior and outside environment is beautiful with fur blankets to sit with drinks after the meal in the evening. Hugely recommend.
Delicious food and good service from our 2nd waiter compared to the first one. Very impressed with them bringing out a dessert saying happy birthday! Supreme Saturdays was definitely worth it!
Very enjoyable meal. Would have preferred courses to be served at a more leisurely pace felt they were a bit “rushed “
Just amazing one of the best Cantonese restaurants I have been to, the dim sum was some of the best I have eaten! Really can’t wait to go back! Amazing! Roof terrace was also beautiful for a chilled coffee after! Loved all of it!
Amazing food, attentive service and definitely on the restaurant list for a return visit. The venison puff dim sum is super yummy! Thank you for a lovely lunch
Overall excellent food. Peking duck not the best value.
Fantastic food if I go to London again I definitely go there again
Went there for my 3 year anniversary Food was lovely and the restaurant is nice
However the service isn’t the best
Good meal, friendy and attentive staff, nice atmosphere.
This was my second experience at Yauatcha (I had tried Yauatcha Soho before) and overall the set-up of this restaurant is more interesting and less cramped as in a student cantine. The food is very original and my guests enjoyed all of the dishes on the set menu, particularly the Dumplings which are the Yauatcha flag dishes. Unfortunately, the restaurant is not gluten-free friendly and for those like me who are allergic (and the numbers are growing) we are left with 2 main dishes and rice. This is very frustrating as the main issue is modern soya sauce which contains gluten (one may wonder why since Soy sauces has existed for 2000 years and wheat products are not native to Asia in general and China in particular). All they have to do is to buy the gluten-free version and everybody will be happy (and less people will develop an allergy to gluten due to excessive use of gluten as a sweetener/shinning/faster raising additive). Wake-up an smell the wheat made Dumpling. Soon 20% of potential restaurant customer will have a problem with it.
Have been since opened but first time have felt it's losing it's touch and attention to detail. Service was average, asked a few times for same thing. lots of people running around, few could answer or resolve. Love dim sum, but didn't have the same finesse and presentation to what this restaurant originally set the bar.
The Supreme Saturday menu was excellent, as was the lady from Lucca (so sorry we didn't catch your name, but thank you for making the experience so pleasant) who served us. Altogether much better than the last time we ate at Yauatcha - glad we gave it another go!
Visited Yauatcha with a friend to celebrate Christmas and we were both impressed with the menu, level of service, ambiance, views and (my friend in particular) with the fusion patisserie dessert menu. Definitely worth a visit.
Great food as always, amazing cocktails and the service is great too. Lovely place to go but can be quite noisy at times so not the place for a quiet romantic dinner.
This is an incredible restaurant and the food was very high quality. The servers were attentive and knowledgeable about the wide menu.
The restaurant was very busy but the food and service remained prompt friendly and professional. I messed up the time, but the restaurant were really keen to recover the mess I made of my booking and fitted us in as soon as they could. It is extremely jolly and lively with two bars serving terrific cocktails. The food is so tasty, often suprising and always beautiful to look at. It is a firm favourite for me and I would certainly recommend it to friends.
Too noisy to enjoy the experience. The food was fine but we have been to Hakkasan and found the deal to be similar but Hakkasan’s food was more flavourful.
Amazing food and great ambience. Service exceptional.
Lovely restaurant great service and food just a little pricey
Nice location, amazing food with a wide choice of cuisine. Amazing desserts with super service with a smile.
As always a great dinner at Yauatcha, cocktails in bar and we chose from the a la carte menu. The wagyu beef and venison puffs were superb. Service very friendly and attentive and we asked our waiter to choose one desert for us to share which came with double coffee ice cream and was delicious. This place is gorgeous in the summer especially if you can sit outside but also has a lovely vibrant but warm feel on a cold winter’s night.
Exquisite. The epitome of a fine dining experience
Saturday brunch was amazing but if anything there was too much food for one person - shouldn’t complain really. Always excellent food and service is 100%
Excelllent service and delicious food . Waiter was very helpful sith the menu.
The staff are lovely and the food is always wonderful. Shame about the acoustics, so bloody loud in the restaurant you can only just about talk to the person opposite you.
Great restaurant, lovely atmosphere and food is incredible
I have been here several times. On this occasion it fell a little short as the main course was brought out too early whilst our starters will still arriving so our main course got cold
Having dined here on a number of occasions and having had a fantastic tim, I was shocked by the service we received. I booked a table for 8pm to have a well earnt catch up with my brother. We arrived on time and were shown to our seats. It then took 25 minutes for us to even be asked what drinks we would like. I complained to the front of the house and the manager came over to apologise. The gentleman who served up with pompous and very arrogant- not friendly at all. The starter came which was delicious. We finished this and then waited another 30 minutes for our mains, at which point we complained again. We were told the food would be coming imminently. When the food arrived it was cold. This was now the 3rd time we had complained to management. I told him we would just skip the mains and go elsewhere, he wanted us to give him another chance so insisted the food come out. The second attempt was better. It was such a shame as I wanted this meal to be stressfree and because we had wasted so much time waiting and complaining we weren't able to go for the planned drinks after the meal. The manager was very accommodating and took money off our bill, I cannot fault his attitude but that evening service was very poor and I will not be returning again.
Yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy yummm yum yummy yummiest yummers yum yummmmyyyy yum yumers yummmm
Wonderful food and drink selection - we let the waiter choose everything for us and he got it all spot on.
Great food and not super expensive! Has a wide selection of dishes including dim sum dishes. Good service.
The Saturday supreme set menu was superb, with their signature dish and cocktails. Food came in decent portion for a good price. Highly recommended.
Great quality of food and atmosphere
