   I found the place quite dark. Lights were dimmed to the point that you can fall a sleep haha ( just joking). I like to see what I am eating, so I like the lights to be on. Food is lovey and definitely I will comeback to eat there again. Service is quite slow.

   It has got noisier than on my last visit. It was so noisy upstairs that we chose to go downstairs but you were playing some very 'banging' sort of music down there. I know Hakkasan's does this and thereby draws a very young and 'drinking' crowd. We stopped going there after two visits as we couldn't speak to each other or enjoy the food. It seems you are using the same idea for what was, a great and unique restaurant! I only enjoyed two our of the 6 dishes we ordered. We've recommneded your restaurant to three couples in the last six months all who went and liked it, apart from the noise levels. I can't continue to do this I'm afraid (see note below). We may come again, maybe try a mid-week lunch and see if the noise is lower but am not in a hurry to come back.

   We went there celebrating my partner’s birthday. The food is outstanding as usual, consistent flavours and quality. The dessert was superb. My only minor feedback is the music is a little too loud downstairs, you have to shout to speak to your family at the table. Everything else was top notch

    The food was exceptional. The place was a little bit noisy so everyone had to talk louder and this added to the noise level. The cocktail menu was a bit limited, but the wine selection was good. The upstairs bar area was not the most inviting place, but overall the food and service was good.

    The food was good but we felt the tasting menu we chose (shorter one) still felt very heavy. The best part is that you can always ask to pack the food home so that the food doesn’t get wasted. The waiters asked if we wanted to take the food home. Very nice and friendly service and good food as usual.

    As always, the food was incredible, especially the fried chilli squid, jasmine tea smoked ribs, prawn and bean curd cheung fun and the stir-fried rib eye beef! Oh and the fruit blends are to die for! Amazing service from our attentive waiter. Cannot wait to come back again soon!

    Good selection of dim sum and excellent desserts. I particularly like the dim sum platters and dumplings. Service was very good which right now in London is unusual as many restaurants struggling with staff.

    Great Food, great service. I had a knee problem and the friendly staff found the best table for us. At the end the manager even did go and found a taxi on the road for us.

    Staffs are friendly, food is above average but the environment is loud. And I probably will never book in advance again cause they will charge you 50£ deposit per person and so far 5 days passed I haven’t get my deposit back.

    Excellent overall experience. Fun vibe and good energy. We did a tasting course and it was excellent. Was quite crowded and our server was quite busy so couldn’t come back to take second drink orders. However she made excellent wine pairing recommendations - I was ready for another glass!

    YES YES AND YES. So upset we didn’t discover this place sooner, I don’t think I’ve had Chinese food this good since I lived in Hong Kong. SO MANY VEGAN OPTIONS for my fellow veges which we love to see, food comes out piping hot really fast huge portions. Staff are super friendly and it’s such a cool vibe inside, for a work lunch or romantic dinner date or big table with friends, whatever it is - go here!!!! We’ve been back 3 times already in 2 weeks it’s that good. Sister restaurant to Hakkassan but way bigger portions here and we agree the food is tastier! Plus it’s open til midnight so perfect for late night munchies or a stop after a movie or something. Love it!

    great big menu. there is something for everyone. shame the tables are fairly closely put together, this becomes an issue when waitress serving the table next to us. but very efficient, food was ready for us very quickly, shame that the restaurant shut down an area and trying to pack customers into one area. I think it would be better to come with 3+ people cos you get the table for 4 and they are positioned better in the downstairs restaurant. food is a bit expensive but they are good

    Got to say we were not terribly impressed. The staff tried as best they could but to me the training seems very poor. When you are paying Yauatcha prices it’s frankly embarrassing to see a waiter walk up the stairs and take each dish, or tray of dishes, for a tour of the restaurant on the upper floor before finally being directed to the correct table by another waiter. What’s more, when you’ve ordered a tasting menu at these prices you don’t really expect the food to be plonked down on the table like you just ordered at your local Chinese or Wetherspoons. There was a very brief explanation of the dish but no effort given to presentation at all really. Each course of the tasting menu was like a main course. I think I also heard the phrase that really irritates me as well: that “the food will come whenever it’s ready”. You pay £300 for a meal to be told by a waiter in a T-shirt that the food will come “when it’s ready”?! Seriously?!! To top it off there were flies hovering over the table during the main course of the tasting menu. I guess that’s why they were lighting up incense like crazy. We were there for my girlfriend’s birthday as noted on the Opentable booking but the restaurant gave no recognition of that either. As I say, staff did their best but overall a disappointing experience. All of this said, the food was pretty good but probably not good enough to get us heading back in a hurry. Don’t want to be harsh but I’ve got to say that A Wong does high end dim sum/Chinese food a lot better and with a lot more class.

    Such a great experience from beginning to end. The food is perfect and the tasting menu is sooo good. Be prepared to eat because there is a lot of food. The cocktails so good. I recommend the Mango Mule.

    Went for a birthday treat for my wife. Have been before, and we still love it! We were upstairs for once as downstairs had not opened yet - i think we prefer the mood downstairs, but upstairs is still nice. The food was very tasty, and good size portions. Service were attentive, but not overly so. We both ate until we couldn't eat anymore, and it worked out at about £40 each without the drinks, which is pricey, but not overly so considering the quality. P.s. Eat the Cheung Fun!

    Amazing service and amazing food! Been wanting to try this restaurant for nearly 15 years or more. Definitely will be visiting again. The dim sum and noodles are unreal!
