Excellent cocktails recommend Negroni. Quick service friendly staff
Excellent service could not have been better. They did mess up the gluten free order but replaced it and offered a free glass of wine and we didn’t pay for the meal.. excellent service from them very apologetic
The mango beer is lovely. Nice place especially the little outside courtyards. Not quite so fond of the too-loud music whilst we ate inside but well worth a visit.
The service was quick without being rushed. The food came out quickly and was to a high quality. The ambience was good with no loud distracting music affecting conversation and of course the beer was excellent!
First time we've been here. The waiter was very helpful explaining about the different beers that they brewed here and even provided us with a few free samples so we could select the best one to suit us. The food was amazing. Will definitely be going back here again.
Wonderful service, friendly staff I was surprised at the size of the inside, first time I had done there, very large, spacious, not sitting on top of other guests, tables were spaced out it was wonderful
We came on Monday 28th and were expecting to pay the ‘beat the clock’ prices however when we got there we were told this was not happening because of bank holiday. Which ruined our night a bit, half of our food came out cold.
Slightly disappointed. Food was tasty and the service friendly, but the wrong dish arrived, chicken instead of hadock in the salad. Then the coffee arrived without biscuits, even though these were advertised in the menu. So we probably won't be going back.
We had lunch at Zerdodegrees after a visit to Bristol Savages Art Exhibition. Very convenient within easy walking distance from the multi storey car park. We were made very welcome on arrival and the staff were very pleasant and attentive all the time we were there. The service was excellent and the food delicious and affordable. The men were particularly impressed with the choice of beers. A very relaxed and enjoyable couple of hours
Great place to eat And socialise .
We use this place regularly as it allows us to use the taste card which is brilliant
Bought friends for their first visit and they loved it especially the beer !!!!
We had a table last Sunday eve and all the staff were brilliant and the service was really good
Thankyou H Bath
Both the craft beer and the food was excellent at this restaurant.
Service was excellent and we felt very satisfied with our experience overall .
One of party ordered stir fry, the chicken was burnt the waiter was very apologetic my friend didn't want to Re order so he took it off the bill. Very good service. Thank you
This still has to be one of the best places in Bristol for great value and original Pizzas (my wife's favourite pre-theatre meal) and Mussels and Chips with an outstanding choice of sauces (my favourite).
Very cold- but the waiter did get the air on turned off, it didn’t get warm though
The calamari was cold, this was sent back and did come back warm
The service was quite slow, ordered drinks and they took about 30 mins to arrive
First visit and pretty disappointed. The food took a long time to come and when it arrived it was very mediocre. The goats cheese salad definitely sounded better on the menu than it tasted in reality. There was no ambience and it felt cold after having sat in there for so long. It was such a shame as I had booked it online thinking it would be a bit of an experience but it wasn’t. All in all we spent nearly £60 which definitely did not feel like value for money at all. We would not go again.
Booked a table, party of 3, for Good Friday late afternoon/early evening to have some pre-gig food and drinks before heading to the O2 Academy.
Service upon arrival and during our visit from the 3 staff we dealt with was very good and attentive. Starting with the maître d'/floor manager who we announced ourselves to upon arrival before heading to the bar to get a round or drinks before asking to be seated. Warm, friendly and genuine service from our waitress. Food was very good, tasty and all arrived in a timely manner.
Once we'd finished our meal we asked if it was possible to move and continue our bill in the bar area, which wasn't a problem at all to them. We then proceeded to remain in the bar for another two rounds, during which time we asked for a bottle of still water with the cap still on as we had a dog with us which was at the time in our parked camper. The manager then advised us that it was permissible for dogs to enter the bar. Upon knowing this one of our party went and returned with the dog and a bowl was provided by the staff for the water we'd purchased previously.
A great experience overall, which was expressed by everyone in the party and we'd certainly return to both Zerodegrees Bristol and indeed try other venues within the chain.
The only criticism we had was the temperature throughout the venue was cold, this probably wasn't helped by the damp cold weather being experienced outside, but a little bit of warm within would have made a huge difference.
Attentive waiting staff - nice decor -great location but found th food slightly disappointing.
Group dinner attentive friendly staff good food great beer would enjoy to go again
Food and beer both taste amazing and the restaurant is really nice and different because of the brewery
Fab calamari and olives to start but disappointed with the steak pizza, only 4 small pieces of over cooked meat initially, but after the waitress check back and me commenting she did bring a small plate with a few more slices but it was still over cooked. A real shame. Our local prezzo does a much better version.
Very good food, excellent beer, smiling, friendly staff...which, makes a nice change! Great fun location. Food very reasonably priced. Over all great pre theatre visit, must return for desert...
Absolutely loved Zero Degrees! Delicious food and cocktails. The service was phenomenal from friendly, knowledgeable staff. Would recommend to anyone!
Our waitress was Agnes and she was so lovely and helpful. Really enjoyed the food and the ambience was fun and friendly.
Excellent beer, each one was different with good flavour and appearance. Food service was outstanding. The venue was relatively quiet, i would imagine that when it is busy the staff may harder pushed. I was able to sample beers before ordering which is important when trying new beers. Relaxing and an enjoyable evening, Thanks to all those staff who serviced us on the 24th.
Met up at Zerodegrees for a yearly get together with friends. Have been coming here for at least the last 6 years. Food as good as ever and prompt and efficient service.
Terrible service, had to wait for any form of table service, it was easier to go to the bar downstairs to get our own drinks.
We had to chase up our mains, it took 2 hours for them to show and most of it was either cold or luke warm, not impressed.
The manager only offered to take the cost of the mains off the bill or cook it all again but we'd had enough by then as the service was just too poor.
The whole experience was just perfect
Fantastic service all I would say is we found it cold and had to keep our coates on for a bit but really fantastic we love it there x
First time we have used this restaurant as we were attending a concert at O2 Academy. It was convenient as less than a 10 minute walk to venue. Service was quick and efficient and the food was of a good standard and quality - we had pizza and pasta. Enjoyed their brewed beers especially the wheat version. Would probably use again when we revisit Bristol.
Food is delicious and service was brilliant. Came here for a meet up with friends- the waiter was really patient as we took a while to order. Staff were also really accommodating when it came to my 6 month old. Great place to come for a lunch and I hear the evening is even better.
Our booking was not recwived by the venue. When we turned up they didn't have our reservation.
They mis-calculated our bill where they'd charged from the main menu not the, cheaper, lunch menu.
Delicious food. Portions could be bigger. We were early diners but place was a little empty. We got moved off our table to make way for other diners when there was loads of empty tables, seemed a bit odd.
Always great pizza's and pasta dishes, washed down with ale brewed on the premises. Their black lager is a gorgeous!
What more can you ask for? Great service, friendly staff, wonderful food and tasty drinks. Will return for more.
Great location with good food. Good for kids and family as well as catching up with friends. Great beer too!!
It was a mixed bag! The food was great but the service was terrible. Our waiter started off being very friendly and attentive but that rapidly disintegrated. After waiting beyond for our empty plates to be cleared and we were waiting our mains, the waiter walked by so I tried to flag him down to which I had an abrupt and almost angry response of, “I’ll be there in a minute”, in a strong Eastern European accent!
I’d recommend the food and the beer but if it was me running that restaurant, that particular waiter would be out the door in a heartbeat if I heared him talking to paying customers that way.
I took my wife here for our Anniversary, she has been here before and loved it. The food was superb, staff very friendly and efficient and I had a great evening out. I would go back here again and recommend it to friends.
We turned up at 7.30 as promised to be told that a party of 35 had arrived late and it would be half an hour before we could get our food. We were offered another location that would be quieter . It turned out to be drafty and soulless. We left and went up the road to a brilliant burger bar. Never again this place is a zero. Luckily our guest from Geneva won't associate This location with Bristol
Our party of 6 received a very friendly welcome and the customer service was excellent throughout our meal. They look after their customers but never over attentive. We were on a tight schedule and they made sure our food was on time. All food is freshly cooked and served piping hot at your table. We will definitely return. Thank you for looking after us.
The food was lovely, we had the garlic chicken and mascarpone risotto. It was really tasty, the service was very good, we were able to order our starter and main at the start and the main came out in perfect timing. It was great considering there were a few other couples and a table of 30 to serve. Will come back time and time again!
