Zizzi – St Katharine’s Dock
Great food and good service
have been here many times for work lunches, good food, service and great location
Loved it! Amazing food!
Lovely outlook on the boats. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. Food was very tasty and plentiful. We particularly enjoyed the fruity balsamic vinegar with the starter. The only downside of the restaurant was that we were seated just inside the door, so every time someone came in or went out, we got a very cold draught. This was the first time we have been to a Zizzi restaurant, and would go to one again in the future.
I ordered the sea bass. It was so oily and inedible. I then ordered a desert that came with a gelato scoop that tasted like freezer. Given the extremely low quality of food, I was surprised it had that many customers. I suppose the service isn’t bad but that doesn’t make up for the low quality food.
Great food and good service
This is a chain restaurant. The gluten free garlic bread was a hard flat mass of GF pizza dough and almost impossible to eat. Otherwise the food was fine. The view was the best part.
Great food and excellent service
Food was good. Service very poor. Took 30 minutes to get our bill. Got fed up with waiting another 15 minutes to pay, and paid at the till on the way out.
As always nice food along with friendly staff
New Year’s Eve celebrations
Great food and good service
Nice food and great service
The atmosphere is terrific and the food delicious. Nice place to visit.
The food was good and the service was great
The table was quiet
Very nice meal and good service
Food was great but service was incredibly slow. We stood at the register trying to pay for 15 minutes... At least. Should have just walked out because they clearly didn't want to take our money.
We visited with four children for an evening meal. It was very child friendly and in a stunning location. We sat upstairs over looking the water. There was a comprehensive vegan menu as well as a children’s menu for younger children. The service was excellent and the food was great. I would recommend the fish skewer which was delicious. I would definitely return and recommend to friends. A hidden gem so close to Tower Bridge where we were staying.
My daughters birthday celebration was lovely due to the great experience at ZIZI’s
Food was bland and dry. The service was slow and waiters were cold and unfriendly.
When we arrived there was no record of the booking so we were unable to dine
Great service and good quality food in a beautiful location. Will definitely go to this restaurant again.
Nice meal, slow service, nice view of marina, very good value
You know what you’ll get at zizi and it was as good as ever. Good value, good variety and nice setting.
Lately, the quality of the cooking is not excellent.
An atmospheric, tranquil spot within the heart of London, tucked away from the tourist footfall, surrounded by yachts & barges. Pleasant service and enough menu choice to satisfy weary feet or anyone wanting a quiet spot to chat.
We very much enjoyed our meal here. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the views of the docks were great, the ambience was nice, and the food was delicious.
Beautiful location, great seating outside by the water. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. We had a great lunch that was enjoyed by all and will definitely be back.
I booked a table for my husbands birthday, travelled up to London, to arrive at the restaurant to find it closed due to a gas leak. As I'd booked they had my phone number and didn't phone. Complained, got a call to apologise from the restaurant saying they will email me a voucher.... a week later still waiting for the email. I will
Be complaining again very soon!!!!
Nice meal in a pleasant outside dining area.
The food was great as always but we were seated right by the door which had a large queue of disgruntled customers who couldn't be seated because the restaurant had been over booked. There was always at least three people stood overlooking our table (literally a foot away) while we were eating. Also, some customers who hadn't booked were seated at much nicer tables which doesn't seem fair on those that had booked and couldn't be seated or got bad seats.
Good food, great venue, excellent service. Need to book as it gets very busy, but well worth the effort. We would go back any time.
Great as always
Lovely casual spot that's located in a great aread in St Katherine's Dock. Great staff and reasonable price for Central London. Would come again.
The all experience was great and the food delectable. The atmosphere was nice.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, restaurant is in a great setting on St Katherine's Dock, room was a bit chilly. Food was ok but one pizza was way too crispy at the edges and a pasta dish was pretty tasteless
The venue and the service was excellent as always. The food was delectable after asking the cook a bit more the pizza.
Unfortunately there were two things that disappointed. The service was very slow, we waited 50 minutes between the starter and our main and when one of the mains came it was cold. In fairness however it was returned to the kitcen, heated thoroughly and returned to the table. The food was excellent and the waiter polite and apologetic. It was a shame.
The dinner was great. The service was fast and the food and wine were really nice. Price is not expensive. The area is really nice, kth dock is a romántic place to take a walk before / after dinner. The only bad thing is that I booked a table online and when I arrive there was not reservation in their system. There were empty tables so not big deal.
Good variety on the menu, plenty of healthier options to choose from and always search for a voucher to use as there are discounts to be had. St Kats Docks also has great views of the docks and outdoor seating.
