Zizzi - Sutton
Zizzi's was not busy yet staff were not attententive. Very crowded seating, practically sitting on your dinning neighbours table. No chance of private conversation due to closing seating. Service was slow but the food was nice and well presented. Not somewhere to enjoy the full dinning experience.
I took my elderly aunt for lunch. She asked for a shandy and was given a ltr glass (she is 86, glass was bigger than her!). She had risotto that was like warm, very wet and without much chicken or taste, I had SPIEDINI with salmon and prawns, again like warm and without much taste. On the plus side, the strawberry sorbet was nice
Met a friend for lunch who came over from Hong Kong. Was quite to start at 12pm but got very busy through lunch hour. Was great we were not rushed or made to feel “the table was needed” and we left around 3pm. Was harder to get staff attention after 2pm because of xmas rush but staff were really polite and brought us plenty of hot water and each glass was a fresh glass with fresh lemon slices which I felt was exceptional as most places just top up your existing glass with hot water and don’t refresh your lemon Ended up overeating as the xmas menu had some great choices and very good value for money. Choice of vegetarian and meat but difficult if you are vegan, gluten and/or dairy free. Would go again for sure
Food, service and atmosphere good the only thing that let the restaurant down was the fact that some of the items on the menu were not available and some of the drinks we selected were also not available - so the restaurant needs to look at stock replenishment levels as obviously not correct!
Friendly and attentive staff, pleasant atmosphere and food reasonable priced.
It was a special occasion and was my wife birthday, but there was no gesture.........from Sutton zizzi
Friendly welcome on arrival, good service. Excellent menu with many tempting choices. Starter sharing dishes good. Recommend grilled sea bass for a main.
Always a good shout for a get together with plenty of good & cheap food
Great evening provided by the staff & excellent food as always.
Great food, great atmosphere. Could have done with a couple of more people serving but the servers where brilliant! Definitely recommended and go again!
So impressed that they have a wonderful vegan pizza. And other pizza is also superb. The staff were very friendly.
The only draw back was that it was a bit pricy.
Came here for lunch for a business meeting. The staff were quick to offer drinks, then our order was taken, food delivered quickly and to a good standard. excellent value for money.
Always a Very slow service. Food amazing as usual though! Only asked if we wanted a drink once in nearly 3 hours.
Was very happy with food and service was absolutely outstanding
great zizzi's - sonia makes you feel welcome and relaxed and the service and food is alwasy great.
The food all looked freshly prepared & well presented. Recommend pork belly & shall try sea bass next time. Service could have been slightly more attentive in my opinion. Would recommend for mid week dinner out.
Sutton Zizzi is so great. Yummy simple food and seamless service. Better than other Zizzi restaurants I've been to. Go here
Food typical, service lacsidasical.
Great pizza. As you can see from my reviews. There's only Zizzi and Pizza Express for Pizza!
Friends of mine tried this Zizzi, they were impressed with the service. The pizza's were nice it's a shame you cannot use the vouchers on Saturdays.!
I would recommend Zizzi in Sutton for its reliably good food and good value for money.
We went to Zizzi's in Sutton. The waitress was pleasant enough but it did take a long time to take our order and she asked if we were ready for our main course before my wife had finished her starter. The starters were disappointing - hardly any cheese or garlic on garlic cheese bread and soggy ciabatta for the crostini. The main courses were better a pretty good spicy calzone pizza and a pesto chicken pasta dish. Washed down by a reasonably priced bottle of Chianti.
I have been to Zizzi in Sutton on a saturday night - the food is ok but nothing special, it's not autentic italian (I am italian and I can tell). The service was good, although a bit slow, but that was probably due to the fact that the venue was full. I didn't like much the ambience, I wouldn't recommend it for a date.
Zizzi - Sutton was very nice for a chain restaurant. The food was good. The meal deal only saved a few pounds though!
Zizzi's is such a reliable and tasty meal out. Good value, service and food.
Zizi in sutton's new look is too bright- it was great before. Looks like Well known burger joint now. Shame. Pizza still good though
Zizzi at Sutton is lovely as always. Quick friendly service anf fresh hot food.
Zizzi, Sutton: a quick bite before an evening out. Calamari came tender in crisp batter, and the Antipasto Siciliano was a good mix of roasted veg and mozzarella. The Rustica Piccante pizza was nice and spicy, though possibly a little bare of crust around the outside. The room is nice and light, and the staff friendly. Their own offer - two mains for £12.95 - was good value, though the bill took a little longer to come than we'd hoped.
Great lunch place, quick, fresh, nice salads
The service at Zizzis was great
Again, a really nice experience. Service is always efficient and with a smile. If you get a Rustica pizza make sure you're hungry cause they are huge. We took half home.
Went to Zizzi's in Sutton and had a lovely Diavola pizza, and my wife had the calamari and prawn risotto. the pizza base was a bit tough for the knife and fork though. Had some nice rioja wine and a rose for the missus. Good service from the staff as we had a baby girl with us and they kept my pizza warm whilst I fed her! :o)
The staff in Zizzi Sutton were very good indeed- attentive whilst allowing us time to chat. No hard sell on drinks or desserts. Food as expected: freshly prepared; hot, well presented & fsatisfying. Will no doubt return.
Excellent as always. Very good food, value for money and really friendly service.Possibly the best "chain" around.
V friendly staff made our table of 18 enjoy themselves. Order for such a large table was handled with efficiency. Great food.
The service at Zizzi, Sutton, was quick and effecient. The food tasted as good as usual. The restaurant was quiet on a Monday lunchtime but the experience was enjoyable nonetheless.
2nd time I've eaten here at Zizzi's sutton recently. The staff are great. Food was good value (got the £13.95 3 course special). Stick with the pizzas though (they're very nice) as the risotto wasn't great. Still can't believe how constantly busy this place is. Good sign I guess!
The food and service at Zizzi, Sutton, was pretty much what you'd expect from this reliable High Street chain. We dined at the restaurant on a Tuesday lunctime and it was very quiet so it did lack atmosphere, however this did not affect our experience. I really enjoyed my insalata super and the kitchen staff were more than happy to substitiute one ingredient for another. I will definitely revisit this branch.
Yashin Sushi ( Kensington London)
The best Sushi in town, fresh seafood and absolutely loved the flame grilled smoky taste!!
Amazing flavors, wonderfully presented and the best seat in the house has to be the bar.
Thank you Yashin for a very memorable meal.
