Zizzi - West End Charlotte Street
Great for a quick business lunch. Really great service, efficient and professional. Food was great too!
Just on New Year's Eve we were thrown out of the restaurant at 9 pm because the kitchen had a defect.
At this point: thanks for nothing.
Really great value meal. Service is friendly and enthusiastic, and this branch of Zizzi is definitely one of the best there is.
first table was below the air vent. The staff were very good and allowed us to move and they said they would turn off the air.
Had a great meal and lovely bottle of wine
Very friendly staff accomadating I have allergies to certain food they were very helpful with this food was good quality an value for money for London pre theatre so didn't wait to long nice atmosphere
Booked a table a couple of days before but when we arrived they had no knowledge of our booking, luckily the restaurant wasn't very busy. Unhurried service which is good, attentive staff kept us stocked with drink and food, my guests and I enjoyed our food but my wife wasn't impressed with her pasta meal, but didn't complain at the time as we were with friends, overall I'd go back and have another meal as my Rustic Pizza was delicious.
Really great pizzas with nice bases. Always seem to be busy so best to book and can be quite noisy. Good value food.
Great venue and menu choice for my sons 10th birthday with family. Choice of children's food, but also enough choice on the adults for them to choose from also.
Another great meal at Zizzis. Really love this branch of Zizzi's in Charlotte Street. Service is always good and food superb.
Although they didn't know about our booking, we were seated quite quickly. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I like Zizzi because it has interesting vegan options and clearly states which wines are vegan. It is reasonably priced too.
The staff were very friendly and attentive but I was a bit disappointed in the food. Usually Zizzis is much better then this. My garlic soul bread did not taste of garlic at all. Pizzas were good.
It was lovely atmosphere, very fresh food, very attentive staff. Brilliant value for money
My friend had to ask for her meal to be replaced as the beetroot in her salad was mouldy(!). Otherwise the food was good and the service very good. Lovely restaurant.
Went to Zizzi before going to the theatre. All was excellent from the service, food to ambience. Will defiantly go back went we are in London.
Another meal with good service. Really enjoyed the chicken skewers. We will return
Zizzi is a large chain of Italian restaurants. Not fine dining but reliable, tasty and inexpensive. Sometimes the service leaves a bit to be desired but overall good value.
Zizzi's is always a good choice if you want a good quick Italian meal
Reasonably quick service (we were on a deadline), food was very good, wine was nice.
Some Zizzi's are a bit tired, flagging and lost their zip - not this one.. this is top drawer Zizzi, a flagship...
Zizzi is not a great Italian chain, but the food is edible, and they have convenient locations everywhere. If you want an ok option in Charlotte street without high expectation on food, then this is your place
Nobody else was in the restaurant at 6pm, so I can't say much about the ambience. This is probably pretty normal for Charlotte Street, but it worked in our favour for a pre-theatre meal, as the food came quickly. Decent risotto and pasta, although a little more sauce on the pasta would have been appreciated. Good value for the area.
Really enjoyed our meal at Zizi. We both had bread to start followed by pasta and a pudding. The food was speedy, good quality and tasty. The only bad point was how many tables they have. It means you feel close together and there isn't much room for the waiting staff, this was highlighted when a waitress dropped mint tea over my back and coat. When I pointed out what she had done the response was pretty lacklustre.
We arrived earlier than the booking time and staff provides us a table without waiting. My friends and I enjoyed a quite talk before the restaurant got busier. I've Been to Zizzi before and Food was lovely as always. We were happy that we weren't kick out on a busy Friday night.
Amazing staff and tasty food. Smallish portions but that suited our family. Would definitely go back.
Met up with a couple of friends and booked Zizzi as I know we'll always be met with good food and warm service.
Always a better lunch time meal then some of the other Italian places around. Better food and value for money. Service was a bit slow but that's expected during lunch hour.
I met my friend for lunch on a Monday and she had her little baby with her. We got a nice spot where she could have the buggy beside us. It did get very busy here, considering it was a Monday. If you're looking for somewhere that will bring your food out quickly, I would definitely recommend here.
Pleasant ambiance, good service, standard Italian menu, but with specials and a good deal of variation. Good choice of drinks and desserts.
Met up with friends at Zizzis for an informal catch up. Easy place to catch up given their selection of good pasta, pizza and other dishes. Would return due to the convenience. Also the restaurant was packed so this must be a popular branch!
I love Zizzi West End Charlotte Street. Service is always great!
It does what it says on the tin. Quick and easy and no surprises.
Been to this Zizzi's before. Its in a nice location and a good option if you dont want to eat in Soho. Unfortunately they were under-staffed on Easter Saturday when I visited so the waiters were frazzled but they did their best and kept smiling. Food was excellent and very fast. They forgot our olives but gave us coffee on the house.
We had a nice evening there and we'll be back.
Zizzi - West End Charlotte Street was great as always
Service and food is always very good at Zizzi - West End Charlotte Street.
Zizzi - West End Charlotte Street was great as always. Good service
Great service at Zizzi Charlotte St, very nice mushroom risotto :)
Zizzi's Charlotte Street was very nice. As far as chain restaurant's go, I would say Zizzi is one of the best.
From top to bottom Zizzi offers a very aesthetically pleasing experience. The restaurant decor is very modern, rustic and laid back. Unfortunately the table setting is extremely cluttered. But that probably doesn't bother others as much as it bothered me. The menu offers good choices, and the food looks very nice and is prepared very quickly. However, in exchange for this speediness the food was only adequately good and nothing special. It felt as though it was all prepared in advance and thrown together.
At the end of the day, it was a good experience in a pretty place. I wouldn't strongly recommend Zizzi but nor would I advise people against it.
This restaurant is great if you have a buggy. We were given a great table with loads of room for my buggy, and the restaurant was very busy for Xmas. Definately go back with my child again
Zizzi - West End Charlotte Street was great as normal. The cheesy garlic bread is awesome :)
