Best Afternoon Tea Restaurants in Lowell

The food was great! Enjoyed shopping in the lovely store. I purchased several books including Paige of Beacon Hill.

Julia was a wonderful server and the overall experience was great as is typical. The food is fresh and the atmosphere is low key and chill.

We had a wonderful experience at tea, where the ambience was perfect and the service was attentive without being rushed. The attention to detail was lovely, as was the tea itself!

High tea, close to home! Can’t beat it! Could make the tea a bit stronger.

This is an excellent value for the money, especially compared to Boston tea rooms. We came for a birthday celebration, and the guest of honor very much enjoyed it. The decor is cozy, with flowers and tea sets throughout, and they had a nice playlist going, jazzy but not intrusive. There were no other reservations that hour, so we had the place to ourselves. Our tea came in individual pots and cups, all charmingly mismatched. The food came on tiered dishes and everything was very good. We especially liked the chicken salad. This is more of a heavy snack than a full meal. Parking is on the street but it is not a busy stretch even on a Saturday afternoon. Overall impression: we would definitely return for a celebration or special outing.
