The team also let us try the pork jowl special and it was very savory but light at the same time. We loved the cauliflower puree that came with it as the puree gave contrast to the rich flavor of the pork. The main course, we had the fried chicken, braised pork, rice noodles with steak and mushroom, and the XO Rice (we were hungry). We couldn’t say anything bad about the meal. Renz and everyone else we interacted with couldn’t have been more warm or accommodating and it was truly the best way to cap off our morning celebrations!
