We had the Miso soup, fresh oyster, kimchi, edamame and chicken gyoza for starters, then we had a selection of tempura fried seafood and vegetables and nice assortment of nigiri. The e-pad ordering was easy and thorough, very easy to use and extremely informative. Just remember to hit the “submit” button at the end of each order. We were going to add a roll at the end but when it didn’t arrive after 20 minutes, we looked at the e-pad and, bad me… didn’t hit “submit”. Reserved a table for two at opening (1830hrs) and left at around 2145 to 2200hrs, so ensure you have adequate time. Booked the 6 course meal option with traditional wine pairing. We were greeted by the host immediately and sat down to wine options/beer/water. We received two complimentary appetizers which were good. The 6 dishes were delicious, albeit some were saltier than preferred. There were food items in the dishes that did complement and reduce the saltiness which made them more enjoyable.
