To cancel a reservation, please contact us at least 3 days before the reservation date (not including the reservation day) for a full refund of the deposit. If canceled within 3 days, only half of the deposit will be refunded. No refund for cancellations on the day of the reservation.For example: If the reservation is for 12/10 Cancel before 12/6 for a 100% refund of the deposit. Cancel between 12/7 and 12/9 for a 50% refund.
