Amazing experience. The food was outstanding. The atmosphere is great and service outstanding.

We tried Bullvino’s today for the first time and all I can say is WOW!!! From the time we walked in, until we left, we felt like the most important guest in the restaurant. We have had Fogo and Texas but Bullvino’s has set a new standard for us. From meeting the general manager, George, and he made it a point to come and say hello to introduce himself. To add, our server, Julia, was out of this world amazing and made the experience special. She was knowledgeable, polite, so personable, and high energy. All of the gauchos were super friendly and super knowledgeable. My wife loves a more well done steak, to me who is a more medium rare person. Once she said that, that is all they brought her without question. There was a point during the meal that our cards were flipped to red but the one gaucho whose name — I wish I would’ve asked for —was amazing, brought her that cook and made it a point to make sure it was to her liking and moments later had the cut and cook I love to match. Highlights of the meal were the piccata, the sausage, the grilled cheese with honey, the grilled shrimp (got a whole skewer to myself as they were a little smaller then what there standards are but still so amazing and fresh), and the pièce de résistance was the grilled pineapple. That pineapple was so amazing and juicy, at one point we had made a joke to the gaucho that if he left us the skewer we’d happily eat it all and he smiled and said back “we will let you”. This place takes the idea of unreasonable hospitality and cranks it up to 100! 10/10 recommend and we will be back
