It was truly my first time visiting for dinner in twenty years. I was absolutely delighted to have supper in such a marvellous atmosphere, which reminded me of what a proper British pub ought to be. One minor issue, however, was that because we were seated in the dining room at the back, the waiting staff tended to leave rather long gaps between visits to our table. Consequently, we were unable to order additional drinks in a timely manner. On the other hand, the staff were all incredibly friendly, and we had a thoroughly enjoyable time.

We had an earley evening meal at 1800pm, the service and food were excellent coupled with a nice quiet ambiance made the evening very enjoyable.

Had a few drinks and a meal here. The service at the bar was fast. Had the burger deal and was convinced to go for the premium drink, as it somehow made it cheaper than just a burger. The pint was delicious, and it seems they know what they're doing when they look after the lines. Friendly environment and a lovely beer garden. 5 stars across the board Highly recommend
