My family and I have picked Fogo because they always surprise us. The season menu changes are a plus. Salad bar is filled with the freshest vegetables and fruits. The cold cuts section is supreme, from aged cheeses to prosciutto, phenomenal delicatessen. The famous RODÍZIO” which they mastered can’t get any better. It’s very well seasoned, tender, moist and with a perfect amount of fat. There are more than 10 cuts of meat and poultry. From tenderloin, ribeye, sirloin, slow cooked beef ribs, flank steak wrapped in bacon to the most popular cut THE PICANHA. At Fogo PICANHA is prepared like no where else, from mal passado/rare to bem passado/medium well you can ask for and those “gauchos” will please you. My favorite is ao ponto/medium. The combination of great atmosphere, outstanding food and great service are all the ingredients that we only found at Fogo. No mater which location we may go, it’s always the same, actually same ones are better than others. We’ve been in Minneapolis, Utah, Las Vegas, Florida, DC, Providence, Burlington MA, Boston and a couple more ones. Drinks are always delicious, my kids love the fresh lemonade and pineapple with mint. Last but not least, the dessert menu in case you still have any room in your belly, tres leches cake, papaya cream and chocolate molten cake are my family’s favorites. Lunch, dinner or brunch on the weekends give you may options to have a great time along with your loved ones.
