Best Cocktail Bars in Hartwell

Great vibe and great food in downtown Greenville. We had an outstanding meal. All of the ingredients were fresh and the service was excellent. Great selection of fresh oysters flown in daily. Highly recommend the homemade desserts. All around an excellent spot for almost any occasion.

Carla was our server and did a fantastic job. We had the burrata as an appetizer. I had the pear spritzer and loved it! For dinner we had a Lumache Nero which was outstanding and my husband had the Radiatori which was also good. Will definitely Italy be back!

Nice experience at Up On The Roof. We were in town for Clemson’s Parent Weekend and made a reservation through Open Table. Restaurant was easy to find and the free parking garage was a bonus! The appetizers, entrees, and desserts were excellent. I would recommend the deviled eggs, mushroom flatbread ,and quesadilla. The strawberry shortcake and margarita trifle were also fabulous. We had a lovely server as well and a very good experience overall. The only reason I did not give Up On the Roof 5 stars had to do with our table. We were seated outside and requested to be out of the sun. Unfortunately, the staff member who seated us must not have known which areas remain shady as the evening goes on. It was a hot day and we wound up being in the sun for 75% of our dinner- while there were plenty of tables that remained shaded the entire time. While we enjoyed the food, we left hot and sweaty. A word to anyone dining between 5:30 - 6:30 in September, ask for a table indoors, the first row of tables under the pergola (beside the indoor portion of the restaurant, or one of the high tops furthest from the indoor portion of the restaurant.

Our server (don’t remember her name) did a great job! Food was good as well.

Loved the way food was served in a family style platter as we said the four of us would be sharing. Great presentation.
