Best Contemporary Asian Restaurants in Myrniong

My husband and I were visiting for the weekend in Daylesford, we had booked for dinner but we're lucky enough to be able to come a bit earlier and experience happy hour. The 4 cocktails for $40 was well worth it, we decided to try the 8 classic cocktails, Mango Hit being are absolute favourite. We tried the Korean Fried Chicken Ribs, the sauce was incredible. Seafood Spring Rolls, the crunch of the birds nest pastry was delicious, the roti and the freshness of the satay sauce was great. We also tried the Chashu Pork, the cauliflower puree, I could have eaten that by the bowl full, it was so soft and fluffy, and lastly the fried rice. It was so tasty!! The staff, the food, the atmosphere, all were top tier. Can not fault anything from the night. We will be back for sure!

The Great Chef’s night was outstanding! Every course was beautifully presented and delicious! The wines were perfectly matched too. I would highly recommend eating at William Angliss Restaurant.
