Best Contemporary Italian Restaurants in Lahaska

Warm, inviting and friendlly service are what you experience when you walk into this Italian restaurant. Our server Jade was excellent and the owner greeted us like we were one of the family! We've dined at this restaurant and at evey visit the food was excellent. From the calamari to the sauteed spinach to the crab fra diavolo to the salmon and jumbo shrimp with pesto each dish was simply delicious and tasted like authentic Italian food. They have specials everyday so make sure that you check those out as well. My partner also absolutely loved the lemon meringue dessert. Only slight belimish was that this restaurant did not have any tea other than a "basic" Lipton black tea. Please obtain other diverse teas for your dining guests. But having said that, I would definitely visit this restaurant again and again

Outstanding in every way. Nice atmosphere, excellent service, delicious food. It was like dining in one of Center City's finest restaurants but only 10 minutes away from our home. The only minor complaint is that the bread was just not very good. But the rest of the food was WOW! Although I was full, I got the tiramisu for dessert just to see if it was as good as the excellent tiramisu at Trecini's just a few minutes away. It was!

My husband and I frequent LaStrada when we have something special to celebrate. We were recently there for my birthday. The food was excellent. I had chicken and my husband shrimp. The chicken was tender and tasty. The service was great. Both servers took care of us. One kept checking if we needed anything. I enjoy my time at LaStrada.

Food was excellent. I like the concept that food comes out when it’s done cooking, not necessarily all together. There were 4 of us and it came out one by one and very quick. Noise level was good. You could hear the music but still talk at the table. Loved it!
