We first came across this restaurant a while ago, walking through Panicale and hearing music drifting from the garden. Some time later we finally came back to try it — and it was worth the wait. What stands out is the mix of tradition, quality and a modern twist: think beef tartare with fruit, or their take on Umbrian „bites”. Honest cooking made by people who clearly care, with warm, attentive service and no fuss. The view over the lake rounds it all off nicely. We’ll certainly be back.

Wonderful dinner. Restaurant is tasting menu only but wonderful choices. Our group had the 10 course with a very generous wine pairing. Dinner was exquisite and a beautiful view.

Lovely setting. Highly recommend the mushroom flan and pici with wild boar. Skip the eggplant. Nona’s cream cake was not what we expected. So glad we went!

Wow oh wow! What an amazing evening of great service and food! Love this less touristy place with an amazing menu and well executed dishes. The service was truly amazing and well worth the time. Highly recommend this place.
