Excellent happy hour menu - great selection of food at great prices.

The outdoor seating area is very nice, although those little table "fans" could help keep the flies away. They were a little bit pesky. But the food, wine, and service were great!

I made a reservation approximately two months ago for a party of 12 on April 11. I stopped by the restaurant in the afternoon of April 11 and spoke with Taylor the manager of Copo Copo. Taylor showed me around the dining room and we picked out an area where we would be seated for dinner. When we arrived at 5 o’clock, the table was set up exactly as we had previously discussed. Our server was Rochelle. She was overall excellent. Immediately, she took our drink orders and made a suggestion on appetizers. When Rochelle took the dinner orders, she answered all the questions that my guest had professionally and not and with knowledge. Everybody enjoyed their dinner. Taylor, stop by a couple of times just to see how things were going. Between Taylor and Rochelle everything went so smooth. I was extremely impressed with both Taylor and Rochelle. They were both dedicated employees and went out of their way to make sure that my group had a wonderful evening, which we did. If I find my way back to Norfolk again, I definitely plan on enjoying dinner at your wonderful venue again.
