The cocktail menu is fun and exciting, the Tanuki is maybe the best manhattan I've ever had. Otaru checked all the boxes-amazing food & drinks, great view of the city, and our server, Brynn, was so gracious & helpful with choosing dishes & bringing them out in a perfectly paced manner. We both loved the Sakura Samurai cocktail, the Yellowtail Belly nigiri was so fresh & delicate, the Treasure Box gave us lots of sashimi to try & our fav dish was the creamy, unique Chawanmushi, with Uni.
