As per previous visits, my party were welcomed with friendly smiles and a "Can Do" attitude. A simple and effective Menu - the food was served hot and was very good Drinks were quickly served and we were able to conduct the business meting without interruption. I will certainly be using the Fox again and again - Well Done 👏

Another fantastic visit, we chose our favourite sea food platter which was sooooo fresh beautifully presented and with accompanying white wine which made our anniversary celebrations memorable. Staff were excellent looking after us and ensuring that everything was perfect. Dessert and hot chocolate with marshmallows finished off the lunch in style

Bill’s is a great place to relax and enjoy some great food. The atmosphere is welcoming and service is just right giving you time to enjoy your food at a good pace. The food has a wide selection and the quality is very high, it’s only my second visit but already is my go to place. If you are going try the Cinnamon donuts… you won’t regret it.

Came on a recommendation for the first time to celebrate my siblings belated birthdays. There was a birthday card on the table for them as we arrived! Delightful attentive (but not annoyingly) staff, friendly, genuinely cared about our experience throughout, happy to make any changes as appropriate. Food came promptly, all hot and fresh, delicious flavours. Cannot recommend highly enough. We will definitely be coming again!

This is a restaurant in a good hotel so had the relaxed lounge style ambience you might expect which was rather pleasing with the space being open and airy. The food, whilst not exotic and challenging on the menu was absolutely fabulous, every dish cooked to perfection. The chicken dishes were wonderful. The staff were also brilliant, attentive but not too overbearing, and very polite. In all it was exactly what we wanted for a quick but delicious two course meal out. Would recommend for mixed groups and will be going back myself. Parking in hotel was easy and free.

    Very friendly efficient service from Samanthe and team. We were a group of 4 and all agreed the food was delicious and beautifully presented. We particularly enjoyed the milk bread and miso butter starter and I am told the beef was very tender and flavoursome, my vegetarian nut wellington was delicious but so filling couldn’t manage a pudding! Great excuse for another visit.

    Thoroughly enjoyed our evening, food was delicious, we all made different choices and each one was well presented and tasted delicious. Chef Hugo is doing a great job there. Restaurant/pub was full which created a great atmosphere, good selection of beers and wines too

    Delicious roast dinner today. We had chicken and beef. Both came with cabbage, tenderstem broccoli roasted carrots, potatoes and parsnips, mash and yorkshire pudding. We ordered a side of cauliflower cheese. Quick and polite service. Will definitely go again and very good value for money.
