- AAdamMelbourne •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoTucked away only a few steps off the main road in Fitzroy, Palay is a FLAWLESS restaurant serving classic & modern Filipino food & drink. With the warmest hosts, impeccable vibes, and core memories to be found. The tasting menu is a must-have, and the Ube cocktail was so so yummy. Will definitely be coming again, even just to see the lovely faces of the staff.More infoPalay$$$$• Filipino• Fitzroy•4.5
- RRebeccaMelbourne •2 reviews5.0Dined on 23 May 2026Perched above @askal.melb in the CBD, @inuman.melb Cocktail Bar is Melbourne’s first dedicated Filipino-inspired cocktail bar. The name “Inuman” comes from the Tagalog word for a drinking session and that’s exactly the energy here: shared plates, flowing drinks, and great vibes. Their $65 “Sips & Snacks” session from 5pm–8:30pm includes two hours of free-flowing beers, wines and spritzes paired with a delicious grazing menu, making it one of the best excuses to stay out a little longer. The food we had: • Boy Bawang, Salt & Vinegar saltbush (tasty crunchy corn snack) • Hot Fries with Masarap seasoning & 7000-Island sauce (some of the best hot chips around!) • Pad De Melbourne & Latik butter (Just fill my veins with this 🤣 omg the most delicious bread I’ve had in my life!) • Chicken & Mushroom Siomai, Toyomansi, Pinipig chilli crisp (Filipino dumplings?! HELL YES…honestly didn’t want to share with the parents 💀🤣) • Crispy Fried Duck Leg “nuggets” with Banana Ketchup (Addictively delicious!) The staff were super friendly, great R&B/Hip-Hip/House music playing on the speakers, drinks were flowing and the food was absolutely delicious (I’m still dreaming about the Pan De Melbourne & Latik Butter…* insert Homer Simpson drool GIF here* 🤤😂) Took my parents here last Saturday and we all enjoyed ourselves so much. Highly recommend you visit Inuman, such an awesome spot in the CBD!More infoInuman$$$$• Filipino• Melbourne CBD•4.6
- JJakobMelbourne •2 reviews5.0Dined on 9 May 2026As someone who appreciates Filipino food, here and in the Philippines, I have no issues giving this restaurant a five star rating. My only concern is that it may become too popular and I can't get a seat! Salamat po champions! I look forward to dining there next time!!!More infoNo 93 Bbq House$$$$• Filipino• Deer Park•4.7
