This is one the BEST Japanese food places in DC. I have been to multiple places including the high end ones where they don’t let you even have a soda with your meal to the hole in the wall sushi spot. Their hamachi roll was SOOOO good that I ordered two. Even my friend who hates eating raw food was thoroughly impressed. Other items I really loved: the beef gyozas, the spicy tuna roll, and edamame. I wasn’t a huge fan of the miso cod because it was a little too sweet for me. Other than that, everything was amazing. I can’t wait to return.

Unique blend of French and Asian. Sushi rolls were full of flavor. Onion soup was piping hot and delicious. The ribeye with the peppercorn sauce was perfectly cooked.
