    Great service and excellent food. Two guests wearing ball caps which was a turn-off. Disrespectful and does not meet the criteria of business casual. They should have been told to remove the caps or leave and comeback when you meet the dress-code. Men were either wearing dinner jackets or nice tops and slacks and the women were dressed very nicely... these clients diminish what makes The Ritz special.

    Our experience in the restaurant was wonderful. The staff are absolutely phenomal so friendly and professional. We had several meals at Henri Brasserie as we were staying at the hotel and all of them were excellent. Would highly recommend.
