- LLouGreater Boston •3 reviews5.0Dined on 20 May 2026A wonderful find in a part of the city I don't get to very often, with great service and a menu full of excellent options. We were celebrating a graduation with a group of 12, including a couple of under-21s and one notoriously picky eater … so it made my life easier that the menu included several "safe" dishes to go along with the more interesting choices, which ranged from French to Mediterranean to Senegalese. I had the hanger steak, which was perfectly done, and my wife loved the Shrimp Basquaise she ordered. My daughter and father-in-law had the Poisson Yassa (whole branzino) and Poulet Yassa -- both delicious. There are definitely better places in the city to get Caesar salad or chicken parmigiana, but like I said it was great to have those available for the people who were really committed to staying in that lane. The place had a casual neighborhood feel, but the people (including the other guests!) were warm and inviting. We felt welcomed and very well taken care of, especially considering that some of our group trickled in late and we were slow to get our act together and place our orders. In the end, dinner for 12 -- including a $110 bottle of champagne and dessert for everyone -- came in under $900 all in, which is an incredible value for a meal we all thoroughly enjoyed.More infoPonty Bistro$$$$• French• Harlem•4.6
