The flavors were great and presentation on point but, and this is me being a bit picky, I thought the mushroom pate', which was delicious, would have benefited from a bit more mushroom puree mixed in for a smoother texture. Also, the scallops in the seafood saute' would have benefited from an extra 30 seconds, on each side, in the pan. They were a bit undercooked and I would have liked a bit of a crust. That's it.
