We started with the Dolly Focaccia which was well flavored and a great entrance into a very flavorful meal. Our next course was the chilled watermelon salad. It was spicy with peppers. It was so good that when the server offered to take the plate because it looked like we were finished, we both said no because there were still a few small pieces of watermelon visible. Our next course was mafaldine pasta with a spicy pork ragu. The long pasta strands soaked up the spice. We loved it. Lastly, we finished the meal with steelhead trout. It was cooked to perfection with the crispy skin. It was delicious with just the right texture. I would recommend this restaurant as I think their dishes are creative, well presented and most importantly delicious.
