Amazing food with a knowledgeable very friendly server

Absolutely loved our experience at Shokunin. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was warm and intimate, and the service made the whole evening feel special. We really appreciated the time taken to explain the menu and guide us through everything; it made the experience feel thoughtful rather than rushed. What I loved most was how the whole evening felt like a little escape from the craziness of everyday life. We were there celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday, and the extra attention, including the complimentary espresso martini shots, was such a lovely touch and made the night even more memorable. Amazing food, great ambiance, and genuinely thoughtful service. We’ll definitely be back!

This is our second visit and once again it was fantastic! The ambiance and service are just right whether you're a couple or a group. The food is fresh, delicious and served quickly. We will be back on our next Banff visit.
