Best Korean Restaurants in Wilmot

First visit with a group of friends. Service was terrific and we tried much of the menu. Really enjoyed the fish and bulgogi mains, plenty of shareable items which all enjoyed

Solid vibe. I got the beef bulgogi and made it spicy and it was delish. The pork belly definitely could have come with more lettuce but beyond that it was great. Majority of the menu we ordered was spicy but I loved that.

As always yu’s is wonderful- excellent food and service consistently. A continuation of a great place just like the original location in Schaumburg

The dish—stir-fried pork and kimchi served with tofu—was absolutely delicious.

Mother's Apron is one of the finest Korean restaurants in the Chicago NW suburbs. It reminds of high end restaurants in Seul, Korea. The decor is very polished and elegant. Service is excellent with wonderful attention to detail. The last visit was a little different. The wait staff forgot part of a drink order and did not check back after the entree was delivered. As this involved a hot pot at the table we needed to find the temperature controls to turn it down. One other thing, the Fish Hanjeongsik, a very comprehensive set meal, had mackerel rather than black cod which was the norm previously. We would certainly return as this remains the most authentic Korean restaurant in the area. The food, service is generally wonderful in a fabulous dining room. The price point is a little higher than the norm but totally acceptable.
