Directly opposite the Dortmunder U, we have been serving modern Alpine cuisine since 2017, with a strong focus on product quality and craftsmanship.We make everything ourselves, including stocks, sauces, bread, and ice cream, and we guarantee that we do not use any flavor enhancers. Fish and meat come from local dealers and producers, and we naturally attach great importance to welfare, freshness, and quality.In addition to Swabian classics, our menu also features dishes inspired by the cuisine of the wider Alpine region. Our monthly changing 3 or 4-course menu is a particular expression of our creativity. We have received several awards from Feinschmecker magazine for our work and are also featured in the Schlemmeratlas guide.We are a restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere, and we treat our guests accordingly, focusing on interaction on an equal level. Hospitality is our passion, and we live it.
