Everyone agrees they had an absolutely amazing dining experience in wagamamas. Serving a table of up to 10 people celebrating a birthday, in a busy restaurant they still managed to make us feel special and not ignored. The server at our table managed to stay composed dealing with a large order, not complaining when we had to make slight changes to our order. She also made excellent recommendations for what to order too when we were unsure. Both our drinks and food exceeded expectations, the cherry blossom lemonade was a perfect recommendation and especially the brilliant chefs who built the tenderness of our mains. We felt a sense of belonging as waiters checked into our table to see how we were doing and kept up the positive mood by refilling drinks and taking away empty plates to make more space for our table with a smile and politeness. After finishing up the food, our birthday celebrant got surprised with a cake and the waiters singing happy birthday !! A positively impressionable night, and a memory to hold and cherish. Guarantee we all will be coming back again and recommending to friends and family !!

We had a lovely evening. The only very minor issue was that some of our food took a bit longer to get to us than expected. The service was excellent and the staff extremely helpful when one of our party had a minor accident just as we were leaving.

Lovely new addition to Tower Park. The restaurant looks fantastic, the atmosphere was great, and the food was absolutely delicious. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the timing of the food. Our adult meals arrived quite a while before the children’s meals, which left the kids feeling a bit upset and made it difficult for us to eat together. Serving the children’s food first, or at least closer to the adult meals, would have made the experience much smoother. We’d definitely visit again.

Had a really great experience at Wagamama. The service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing, and everything arrived quickly. The food and drinks were spot on — fresh, well-balanced, and full of flavour. The standout for me was the saku saku duck soba, which was genuinely excellent. The duck was perfectly crispy, and it paired brilliantly with the sauce and noodles. Easily one of the best dishes I’ve had there. Overall, a really enjoyable visit. I’ll definitely be back.
