Great experience at Wagamama Cardiff - after a slightly bumpy start where it seemed they weren’t aware of our reservation or the fact that I had notified them I’m coeliac. No one asked about dietary needs or offered the gluten free menu. But once this was understood the menu was produced, and we had a senior server to handle my dietary needs. I felt safe, looked after and confident I could eat safely. Delicious food! Relaxed atmosphere. All five of us thoroughly enjoyed.

We visited the restaurant as a large group to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding, and the service was equally impressive. Although the restaurant was short-staffed, the gentleman working went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. He was incredibly attentive, friendly and apologetic whenever he felt the service might be taking a little longer — although, honestly, we never felt that the service was slow at all! It was clear that he was working incredibly hard, and his effort and attitude really made a difference to our experience. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made sure our daughter had a lovely birthday celebration. A huge thank you to both members of staff for making our visit so enjoyable. We would definitely return and highly recommend the restaurant!

Excellent experience. We did the bottomless brunch and would highly recommend. The cocktails were superb! Staff were very helpful and no problem was too big. Will definitely be returning x

Had a lovely evening celebrating my daughters birthday 🎂 we where a large party and all our food came out at the same time and the food was nice and hot and delicious. Staff where amazing and very helpful would highly recommend
