Best Prime Rib Restaurants in Delano Las Vegas

Wow! Last night’s dinner did not disappoint! It takes a lot to wow us! Top of Binion’s Steakhouse did just that! From the nostalgic ride up to walking into that classic, dark, old school Vegas atmosphere, we anticipated great! We arrived early to the bar to try their viral cocktails! Their bartender Rene ElBartender is truly a standout & an absolute artist behind the bar. His cocktails are on another level — thoughtfully created, beautifully balanced, and made with ingredients he personally selects & prepares. He even ages some of his mixes, and you can tell how much time, knowledge, & passion goes into every drink. What impressed us just as much as the cocktails was Rene himself. He somehow manages to keep up with multiple orders while still making every guest feel like they have his full attention. The conversation was just as memorable as the drinks! The flavors, ratios, presentation, & overall taste of every cocktail were top notch. Nothing felt thrown together — each drink was intentional & incredibly well crafted. His barrel-aged Old Fashioned in particular shows the amount of creativity & care he puts into his craft. If you have the opportunity to sit at his bar, do it — and let him choose your drink. You won’t be disappointed! We took in the beautiful views all around the restaurant & were given the “best table in the house”. Seeing the mountains, Fremont Street, & Circa swim elevated the whole experience! The 3 member service team gave us the attention & hospitality that is a rare find! The food was phenomenal! We started with the Caesar comes with sardines (we usually have to order), bread with fresh garlic butter (dang good) & 3 different salts! Next, sorbet to clear the pallet, & main course with my 24oz prime rib, sautéed zucchini & squash, baked potato & creamy horseradish that clears your sinuses till next spring & my husband had petite filet, garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed veggies, & the star of the show: King Crab legs! 10/10 highly recommend!!

Best prime rib in Las Vegas…. Make a reservation though. Every part of the experience is on point. You will always dine here every time you’re in Vegas…

Lawry’s is wonderful every time! It’s a blast from the past that feels elegant and tastes lovely. The service is professionally courteous and friendly. I never miss a chance to visit when I’m in town.
